The Raiders are currently running one of the NFL's more unique offensive structures in recent history. Since Brock Bowers returned in Week 3, only 6.3% of their plays have come in 11 personnel. It's even more dramatic in the last two weeks with 2 of 124 (1.6%) offensive snaps coming in 11. The 2022 Ravens have the lowest usage of 11 personnel at 12.3% over the last five NFL seasons. Looking at just this season, the 49ers' 32% rate of 11 personnel is the second lowest in the NFL behind Kubiak's Raiders. Not that there was much doubt, but Brock Bowers is the Raiders' WR1 and Kubiak is leveraging that skillset to a point we haven't seen in recent memory. (source: SIS play-by-play data)

AP wanted Champ Kelly, so Mark hired Tom Telescope instead. Then fired AP after one year for not making the bums Telescope drafted work. A lot is said about how the Raiders hire coaches, more needs to be said about how the Raiders hire GMs. So much for Mark "not meddling". 🙄

I haven’t been impressed with Rick Dennison at all. The Raiders spent serious money upgrading the offensive line, yet the run blocking is somehow WORSE than last season. At some point, the offensive line coach has to be held accountable.

nobody wants to hear it but realistically you can’t judge kubiak until year 3, i expect 7-9 wins this year and hopefully 9-11 next year but there is a lot of work to do, I would like to see less blowouts in the first half, but they played good football in 5 of 7 games this year

Here would be my QB transition plan for the Raiders. @ Jets next week. Play Cousins and move on if you lose, keep him for a couple more weeks if you win. Then it's @ 49ers, vs Seahawks and @ Broncos. Results will likely be poor. If so, you turn to Mendoza either after all three games, or after losses to the 49ers and Seahawks. The Raiders schedule to finish out for Mendoza: @ Browns vs Chargers vs Broncos vs Titans @ Cardinals @ Chiefs
