These meetups are not for professional networkers or salespeople, they're for business owners. Casual atmosphere, high-caliber people, great conversations. No one will try to sell you anything.
My goal: build a small room where everyone shares a ton in common, not where you're working through a huge crowd to find the 2-3 people you have commonality with.

The more I use X, the more I realize it’s more about the characters—not the niche. Somehow I ended up deep in the X real estate community. I don’t own any real estate. But seeing the recurring cast members of this “tv show” is a great content experience: each character has their own iconic personality and their own day-to-day challenges.
Ramping people up to all the “shows” available on this platform will be critical to our success.
I was just asked to install 20 wheel stops, which are the concrete stops shown in the attached picture.
Despite having never done this before, I just agreed to quote it because I need to learn.
I'm imagining the hardest part is getting the concrete slabs on site and into position. After that, it's just drilling a hole.
