To make everyone look foolish, they brought the case to the Bombay High Court, but in Bombay, the first judge they got told them to bring Amit Shah to court, so they changed that judge. The next judge was Loya. His associate leaked that he was about to get a 10-year sentence. On December 1st, Loya was killed. They planned and killed him within a span of 10-12 days. ​The main witness in that case was a judge from the Bombay High Court named Gavai. He was present with Loya. That judge Gavai used to give false information and leaks. These people made him a Supreme Court judge. It wasn't a coincidence; they made him a Supreme Court judge just so he would say that Loya's death was natural, to suppress the truth. The High Court judge didn't know anything; his father was a Governor, which is why he was made a judge. He didn't know anything, and he gave false testimony in front of them, helping Amit Shah and Modi escape the Loya murder case by making him a Supreme Court judge, and later he retired.
