Every single federal judicial vacancy needs to be filled in the lame duck session. The Senate should pull all-nighters for as long as it takes. Democrats wont confirm a single Trump judge once they take over.

This will make everything more affordable for Americans, end the Iran war and reign in data center construction.
One of the first acts of the Democrat-controlled Congress will be a rule change so transvestite Rep. Sarah McBride (D-DE) will be able to use the women’s bathroom in the halls of Congress. trib.al/6rLD76Z

This is bad for all Republicans! By this action, Trump is setting up the @GOP for further losses in 2028.
TRUMP backs RNC Chair Joe Gruters to continue leading party’s political arm:

My new version of “10,000 Reasons/Greater Things” is out now! We’re celebrating all God has done through @showhope , including helping families of more than 10,000 children through Adoption Aid grants. What started as a dream to help 100 children has grown beyond anything @mbchap232 and I could have imagined. So thankful for every person who has been part of this incredible story - go stream “10,000 Reasons/Greater Things” and celebrate God’s faithfulness with us!

This is one of the best, most honest and accurate - in my opinion - breakdowns of the midterms I've heard yet. MAGA will disagree, but @JeremyDBoreing is right. youtu.be/sPLrI3mLmhE?si=NhOr…

#Democrats never intended to lower your cost of living. They just want power and revenge.
What does @AbdulElSayed do immediately post election? Run to NYC to do media like @Morning_Joe and @TheView. He should be in Michigan working on how to get utility rates down, property taxes lowered and literacy rates up. Instead, he’s already raising his profile to run for President. Color me shocked.

We need a constitutional amendment that states only natural born citizens can hold office in the Congress or White House.
🚨BREAKING: Egyptian-born Adam Hamawy has won the election for New Jersey’s 12th Congressional District. Hamawy previously volunteered for a non-profit later revealed as an al-Qaeda front. He also lied under oath as a defense witness for an Islamic terrorist and maintains close ties to individuals who plotted to bomb the United States. Congress now has multiple members with documented sympathy for Islamic terrorism. This is a growing problem.

Putting a fake Dan Sullivan on the Alaska ballot to trick voters is a conspiracy against rights under 18 USC 241. The precedent covers election officials who manipulated ballots so people couldn't vote for the candidate of their choice. The same logic applies here. My comments to @FoxNews:

Oh Lord, No!
🚨🇺🇸 The next Republican nominee might not be a politician at all... and the early favorite is TUCKER Mike Madrid, the Republican strategist, says if Tucker wants the 2028 nomination it's his, because Tuesday proved Trump is beatable, his own party now sees him as more liability than asset, and in Mike's words the jackals are circling a wounded gazelle. He expects the Democratic side to get hijacked the same way, by a celebrity with a massive cultural and social media following, a Mark Cuban, a Jon Stewart, an Oprah, since the party's approval numbers with its own base look exactly like the GOP's did in 2010, right before the Tea Party took it over. That could mean a Tucker versus Jon Stewart debate in 2028, and Mike points out it would draw record interest... a rematch of their Crossfire fight from the Iraq years, this time for the White House. @madrid_mike @WeTheBrandon

I have been waiting 24 years for my neighbor David Westerfield to be executed for the kidnapping and murder of my 7-year-old neighbor, Danielle van Dam. And now thanks to @GavinNewsom, it looks like it will never happen. I was 13 when he abducted her from her bedroom in the middle of the night in 2002. I would never equate what I experienced with what her family suffered, but Danielle's murder devastated our whole neighborhood, and me personally. I was a sensitive kid and it was a major contributor to my mental health decline in adolescence. In the 20 days between her disappearance and his arrest, I developed insomnia and spent those nights walking around the house checking the locks on the doors and windows. I followed the trial closely. As we learned the horrific details, I couldn't stop thinking about what she endured during the 3 days he had her. Her body was found dumped off the side of a road 25 days after she went missing. It was too decomposed to test for sexual assault, but we all knew that's why he took her. He was also convicted of possessing child sexual abuse material found on his computer. There was never any doubt about Westerfield's guilt. There was an abundance of forensic evidence, including her blood on his clothing and in his motorhome. In 2019, the California Supreme Court unanimously upheld his conviction and death sentence. Shortly afterward, Newsom imposed his moratorium. And now he does THIS. California voters rejected abolishing the death penalty in both 2012 and 2016, and even voted to expedite executions. All these years, I've held on to the hope that someone would eventually take office who respected the will of California voters and would allow these sentences to be carried out. It's especially insulting to hear Newsom go on about morality, as if he is morally superior to those of us whose lives were affected by these heinous crimes and who want to see the perpetrators brought to justice. I'm hoping the California Supreme Court can stop Westerfield's commutation.
BREAKING: California Gov. Gavin Newsom has commuted the death sentences of all 548 people on the state’s death row to life without parole, in the largest mass commutation in modern U.S. history.

Democrats are already overreaching. If Republicans get their collective act together, they may do well in 2028.
Democrats are talking subpoenas. @pdoocy tells @seanhannity that voters are looking for lower prices. The Fox News correspondent questions why newly elected Democrats are already discussing investigations into President Trump instead of laying out plans to tackle affordability. “If you look at any exit poll, voters did not vote for candidates to toss out subpoenas like Mardi Gras beads. They voted for a cheaper king cake,” Doocy says. He points to Democrats’ promises of investigations and Trump’s stated willingness to pardon administration officials, questioning whether the party’s strategy will deliver meaningful results.

Rs aren’t getting noms again for 2 years, likely 4. Senate Rs have one job for the next month and it’s confirming every single pending judicial and civilian nom. ONE JOB. Maybe they could consider working Mondays and Fridays.
NEW: Democrats rammed through judges in the lame-duck Senate in 2024. Republicans must learn from their example and confirm all of President Trump's judges before January 3rd. Tell your senators: Confirm All Judges NOW. article3project.quorum.us/ca…

Among the killers whose sentences Gavin Newsom commuted today is serial killer Charles Ng, who kidnapped families to his remote dungeon and tortured and raped them to death in front of each other.

I am not part of the “Vanceguard.” But I am someone who believes exit polls. And when voters tell me that Iran was a major factor for their vote, I believe them. It is cheap and disingenuous to suggest that anybody who acknowledges this basic reality must be doing it on behalf of Vance.
“Iran cost us the election” is a myth. It was one part of a much bigger story. The Vanceguard/woke right is blaming the Iran war because they hate it, but ignoring the role tariffs played because they love them. Whatever you think of Iran or tariffs as a matter of policy, it’s intentionally dishonest.

Republicans must resist the urge to completely blame the midterm election results on cheating. The Party must very rapidly reflect on the reasons for the great loss, restructure and refocus in order to win in 2028.

If Senator Thune cares at all about what remains of the Senate Republicans, he should sit this one out. For two years, House Republicans begged him to bring conservative legislation to the floor, including the SAVE Act. He refused. He chose to protect the institution rather than fight to save the country. He made failed Mitch McConnell look like a genius. And his refusal to lead has consequences. Thune owns this week’s Senate Republican losses. Had he put the SAVE Act on the floor and fought for it, Republicans would still hold the majority. Spare us the victory lap. The Senate didn’t lose its majority by accident. John Thune squandered it.
Over the last two years, Senate Republicans have put up a strong record of accomplishment that’s created safer streets, more money in Americans’ pockets, and new opportunities for families and businesses to get ahead. After fighting Democrat obstruction at every turn, we prevented the largest tax hike in American history, secured our border in an unprecedented way, confirmed the president’s Cabinet at the fastest pace in two decades, and put strong conservative judges on benches across the country faster than we have since the Reagan administration. I’m proud of our team and everything we’ve done for the American people, and I’m looking forward to the important work we have in front of us over the next few months. As we head into 2027, Senate Republicans will not stand idly by as the far-left, socialist wing of the Democrat Party attempts to unwind everything we’ve done. Thankfully, we still have President Trump in the White House, and we’ll work with him to stop the worst impulses of Democrat extremism. We cannot let their fringe positions become the mainstream.
