Every single federal judicial vacancy needs to be filled in the lame duck session. The Senate should pull all-nighters for as long as it takes. Democrats wont confirm a single Trump judge once they take over.
And yet, most of their employees are Democrat voters. Those who voted Democrat this cycle largely had no idea the monster they were unleashing on the country.
If this turns into a civil war, only one side has the majority of the guns, ammunition and know how.

Completely valid question.
Truth is... There's so little agreement regarding the causes of what happened in the midterms and what to do heading towards 2028, that I'm told there's very little real discussion of senior party leadership changes. Part of that is due to the President's unwillingness to accept any blame.
