To be sure we're talking about the same thing: I'm not adressing the meningitis side effect, which is indeed common for pwME, very common.
I'm talking about the chronicity of this side effect for months and years after IVIG. Apparently it's much less common.
I mean it seems to be very uncommon to have chronic aseptic meningitis following IVIG, and even for you who see a lot of patients it's very rare.
I'd never heard any story of recurring aseptic meningitis, sorry to hear that.
Apparently it's news to some MD who use IVIG for pwME too:

To my knowledge, IVIG side effects always regress no ?
The most important part is: it always resolved quickly. Severe side effects is IMO not an issue if short-lived and with no consequence.
Only interesting question is: did IVIG eventually help ?

Wow @surf4children , did you read this ?

"Russian tech" is not a culprit here. The issue is a module that has spent decades in orbit, beyond its specification. We are pushing hard on the older hardware with the ISS, and honestly the old lady still holds pretty well.

Every LC study I know misses at a bare minimum half of the relevant metrics/end points. And this study has already more metrics than most.

Only the authors know that.

They may beat China. I wouldn't dare such a peremptive word as "will".
