Been working with Astra and Opus on a bunch of games from my game design journal.
Here's what I've found regarding the best results and the current pipeline I'm using.
Back in 2020, I started working on a puzzle game called Mount Cylius.
I got some concept art made (see below) and then started designing the levels on paper.
Recently I set up my @tripoai + @Scenario_gg pipeline with Opus 5.5 to create the missing cut scene images and also generating 3d assets from these illustrations to start working on the levels.
I've tried Astra and Opus both, Opus seems to be working a lot better than Astra in terms of how close it gets to the illustrations using tripo and blender.
For the game itself, I prototyped it using three.js but I will probably release it using Godot.
If you're building something and want any advice, tips, happy to help! I've been having a blast recreating some old games that no longer exist as well as getting so many of my games out of my game design journals and actually building them!

SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios.
The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios.
Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said.

Apple is at that point where Microsoft was in the late 90s early 2000s where they were super dominant that momentum just carried them through.
Until Apple disrupted them and the iPhone killed Windows Mobile and BlackBerry.

A smaller team can make now cheaply make rich & wonderful experiences while retaining their independence.

Astra x Opus x Gemini + Scenario and Tripo are big helps as far as the pipeline goes.
Ended up moving away from using the Duelyst pixel art chose to take the illustrations > 3d models > rig.
