Something I've learned as I've grown older is that your friend group can normalize almost anything.
Drinking too much, spending too much, working too much, complaining too much.
Choose people who make you healthier, richer, smarter, and filled with joy.

Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one’s being, but by integration of the contraries.

A mentor once told me this: Fall in love with feeling like a work in progress. Resist the urge to look polished. You don’t need to pretend you have it all figured out. Nobody does. Embrace your unfinished form. Just commit to getting a better each day and trust where it leads.

One of the most underrated things in life is just having a good time. Most people are walking around so locked into their role, their title, their position, that they never stop to realize that all of it is completely made up.
Grown adults are essentially playing make believe and treating it like it is life or death.
It is not. Loosen up. Do things that actually excite you. The people who seem the most alive are almost never the ones who took themselves the most seriously. ~ @JustinThomas🩷👽

Time compounds whatever we feed it, with or without AI..
(seems ultra speed w AI🤭)
Most people manage risk by feeding accidental negativity. They don’t see the opportunity cost.
A grateful brain literally perceives MORE (scientifically proven) ...more options, more opportunities, more connections, than 'extra cautious brains'.
But gratitude isn’t an influencer word to repeat🙄. It’s how we honor our nervous systems or how we rush through life dishonoring them.
It’s the entire posture WE live from or not... unconsciously and thru every ACTION we take.
Most who feed bitterness don’t know they do, it seems 'extra cautious' or 'realistic' to them.
Time hands you back what you gave it COMPOUNDED.
Let’s make the unintentional intentional, shall we?

This Happens After Letting Go of Resistance
In this conversation we talk about:
- Our resistance to life unfolding as it is, the energy of that resistance, is limiting each of us.
- Consider that there are no problems in life, there is just life.
- What happens after letting go of resistance to life unfolding just as it is?

The people that use AI as an accelerator have always used whatever tools at their disposal to accelerate...
The people that use AI as a crutch have a habit of using whatever available as a crutch...
The ones ignoring it... you get the drift 😅
Mostly human beings don't notice how we trap ourselves in our patterns unintentionally, perpetually 🫣
Let's not be most people ?!❤️👽

Those who use it to accelerate productivity, and those who use it as a crutch. The intellectual gap between these two categories is going to become huge.

FLAWSOME:
Awesome not despite our flaws, but because of them.
Humans often unintentionally hurt ourselves and our loved ones in an unnoticed attempt to "perfect" ourselves and others.
No one has ever achieved "human perfection."
Why not treasure our flawsomeness & that of others?

Order requires continuous energy input. Stop investing energy and entropy takes over. No exceptions.
Every edge, every business, every relationship decays without maintenance. The 2nd Law doesn't ask permission.
The cost of maintenance isn't overhead. It's the price of existence.

The future doesn’t belong to people who memorized answers.
It belongs to people who sense the questions before anyone thinks to ask.
The old system tested your ability to follow orders. The new one tests your ability to move through the UNKNOWN. And the machine can’t help you with that part.
That part is entirely on you.

What you don't Master, Masters YOU
Most think Mastery = Perfection
But is not, mastery its a paradigm to operate from, opposite to the performance paradigm most people live from accidentally & don't know it.
(All of us behaviorally live in one or the other; Mastery orientation promotes persistence, challenge seeking, and intrinsic growth..
while performance orientation drives failure avoidance, competition, and extrinsic validation..🤓)
How about we master our lives? ❤️👽

I so wish EVERY parent would know that our kids aren't watching our best moments, their UNCONSCIOUS minds are downloading our DEFAULT.
Mirror neurons don't copy what we brilliantly say. They copy how we behave when no one's looking.
We are not just raising children. We are programming their futures. 🥹🥹

It is becoming so coherent, that You no longer collapse when the world shakes or engulfs in chaos.
