Heres the same with which paragraph. and links to all orders, AWBI sops and judgement. As per Hon'ble Supreme Court's judgment dated 19th May 2026 in Suo Moto WP(C) 5/2025 (2026 INSC 506) (link below), citizens may note the following: 1) All applications filed by NGOs/animal welfare groups seeking modification, clarification, recall or stay of the Hon'ble SC directions dated 7th Nov 2025 regarding removal of stray dogs from institutional areas have been dismissed. (Page 91, Paras 75–76) 2) Supreme Court held that stray dogs do not possess any absolute or perpetual right to occupy every premises and that Article 21 rights of citizens, including safety and public health, are paramount. (Pages 50–58, Paras 41–49; Pages 76–78, Paras 61–62) 3) SC held that institutional and restricted-access areas such as schools, colleges, hospitals, sports complexes, airports, railway stations, bus depots and similar establishments cannot be subjected to compulsory re-release under Rule 11(19) of ABC Rules, 2023. (Pages 52–58, Paras 43–49; Page 91, Para 75) 4) Any student-led body or animal welfare group wishing to maintain/feed stray dogs within educational campuses must furnish an affidavit/undertaking accepting tortious liability for stray dog attacks, failing which such activity shall not be permitted. (Pages 89–90, Paras 73–74) 5) Supreme Court held that Rule 11(19) regarding “same locality” cannot be interpreted expansively and must be confined only to public-access areas contemplated under Section 2(i) of PCA Act, 1960. (Pages 54–55, Paras 44–45) 6) SC expressly held that “gated campus” under Rule 7(2) cannot be interpreted to legitimise stray dog presence in sensitive or controlled-access premises. (Pages 52–54, Para 43) 7) Supreme Court held that over-expansive application of ABC Rules would create absurd consequences, compromise public safety and defeat Article 21 rights. (Pages 56–58, Paras 46–49; Pages 76–78, Paras 61–62) 8) Supreme Court invoked its plenary powers under Article 142 to ensure that the ABC Rules are interpreted harmoniously with constitutional principles, public safety and practical governance requirements. (Pages 60–78, Paras 50–62) 9) SC clarified that its directions do not override the statutory framework but “supplement, clarify and operationalise” the ABC Rules in a constitutionally workable manner. (Page 78, Para 62) 10) Supreme Court has made it clear that authorities cannot avoid implementation on grounds of administrative difficulty where public safety and human life are at stake. (Pages 71–72, Paras 55–56) What you can do: a. Document stray dog menace, attacks, illegal feeding or non-compliance and file complaints before Municipal Authorities/Police Authorities citing the Supreme Court judgment. b. Take photographs/videos of violations and obstruction of court directions. Documentation of public activities is not an offence. c. Approach jurisdictional High Courts in cases of non-compliance or continued threat to public safety. here's the SC judgement and the SC orders and AWBI SOP upheld by the SC. Stray cattle need to be removed and euthanized if not wanted or adopted. Theyre a deadly threat to people, crops and even wildlife via diseases. @moefcc @PMOIndia

Do the authorities know that rhesus monkeys are not in schedule 2 of WLPA anymore & control is allowed? Do they also know that BNS 325 is only applicable to owned animals (not stray dogs, rhesus, rats etc) as section 324 defines mischief as intentionally destroying, damaging, or reducing the value or utility of any public or private property and pest animals are not incuded? @UdaipurPolice @IgpUdaipur @UdaipurDm @UdaipurTimes @udaipur bhaskarenglish.in/local/raja…

Sanctuary area means within the sanctuary. The monkeys were killed in agri fields as local reports suggest and as the dept itself says, seized from their village

In SC order dated 4 Aug'26 in Loganathan v. State of Tamil Nadu from SLP(C) 8044/2025 The SC just ordered that ALL public places are to be 'KEPT FREE' of ALL stray animals nationwide. The Bench repeatedly noted “anarchy on the roads,” & failure of civic authorities to enforce basic law. @LekhakAnurag @Anshumali_007 @Indumakalktchi @thil_sek @PikeWala @ravikaimal @i_m_harshitsing @UnSubtleDesi @VijayGoelBJP @XStrayDogMumbai @Prahallad1008 @Humanetoanimals

This is whats needed to be done across India to protect people from lung infections spread by invasive pigeon droppings. The same should apply to other pests including stray dogs, cats, mice and rats. @PMOIndia bbc.com/news/articles/clyvnz…

A maldhari man was pinned down by an astatic lion for almost 1/2 an hour in Garajiya village, Bhavnagar district in Gujarat. He remained calm and a crowd managed to chase away the cat. He survived. Gujarat needs to move some of its extra lions to MP which it does not do despite a Supreme court order, and animals like this need to be removed. The maldharis had complained to the @GujForestDept repeatedly about lions in the area @moefcc @wii_india @CMOGuj @IUCNSULi @WildCRU_Ox @AmyDickman4 @AdamHartScience @wildshepherds

The Shack Owner Association of Goa should set an example and take the Goa Government to court for contempt if they do not comply with the Supreme Court judgement that calls for permanent removal of stray dogs from all institutional areas/highways and removal/euthanasia of all problem/dangerous stray dogs from anywhere else. Human rights first please. NGO manipulations last thank you @goacm
The Shack Owners Association of Goa has demanded that the @goacm and govt follow law and implement the SC judgement and orders In Goa to protect tourists and Goan people. Excellent job. @TourismGoa @goacm @SinghDeepakUP

This is how Section 325 is being used. As per this law if you kill even a mosquito you can be sent to jail. It was an IPC section that covered animals as property, now subverted into a tool of harassment and a weapon for activists @India_NHRC @asadowaisi
#WATCH | Delhi: On a dog crushed by a car in Jagatpuri, DCP Shahdra Rajender Prasad Meena says, "On the night of 18th June, a call was received that a dog had met with an accident in the Jagatpuri police station area. So the local police went to the spot and found that the dog was in a serious condition due to the accident. It was immediately shifted to a veterinary hospital, where it was declared dead. On local inquiry and on the statements of the eyewitnesses, a case was registered. The case was registered under section 325 of BNS, and later the accused Saif Hussain Naqvi was rounded up, and further investigation is going on in this case. The vehicle has been seized."

Creating permanent, fixed, or enclosed stray dog shelters on public footpaths is illegal or an encroachment, as they block pedestrian pathways. Check recent SC decision. Such encroachment like this stray dog shelter in Ghaziabad need removal.
