Do you still have access to the SIM linked to your UBA account?
If you have a Nigerian phone number registered on your UBA account but no longer have access to the SIM, please take action.
A mobile number that has been inactive for an extended period may be reassigned by the network provider. This could mean that while you still use the number on WhatsApp, you may no longer control the SIM itself.
Why does this matter?
Your registered mobile number is an important part of your banking relationship and may be used to receive transaction alerts, OTPs and other important account notifications.
If you no longer have access to the SIM linked to your UBA account, please contact us to update your registered phone number.
