This is the greatest gift that #avct investors or (dare I say it) traders will ever see. On the Daily chart the RSI is down to 19.7 - last time it hit this level the stock bounced 50% in no time. Bookmark this tweet - this time will be no different

🚨Cheshire East Council just painted poppies on the roads to honour our fallen. Meanwhile half the country’s councils are busy erasing history, renaming streets, and lecturing everyone about ‘diversity’. One council still remembers who built and defended this country. The rest are busy apologising for it.

As true now as the day she said it......

Myles absolutely hitting all the nails on the head here ........#AVCT
Regardless of whether it was a determined seller or a short that has dragged #AVCT down in recent weeks, I think these numerous big prints at 55/56p mark the bottom of this mad selloff. I'm sure very many are watching closely (like me!) for any further big prints today, and are beginning to scale (more) in for a strong recovery from the current 9-month low share price. We had a £12m cash injection at a (then) discounted 68p less than 4 weeks ago. Cash runway extends to May next year, and gross debt is now a negligible <£10m. We're highly likely to see some form of partnership for the first Gen3 asset, AVA6207, before Christmas (given the ATRi reveal in 14 days' time); as well as another form of partnership for AVA6000 - in my view again before Christmas - to fund it through the pivotal Phase 2 trial. Do they partner 6103 this early on? I would hope not, unless it's for a very narrow scope (a single indication in a single region) and for a monster upfront cash sum ($100m+). Despite what the SP currently portrays, Avacta continues to make gargantuan strides. But we continue to suffer from a surreal blend of PTSD (caused by dramatic volatility over the past six years), and a case of a too-good-to-be-true story. And, of course, overleveraged players getting spanked every few months by the aforementioned volatility! Ignore the noise and volatility, and appreciate that Avacta is doing remarkanble work in the battle against cancer. A multi-billion-$ for shareholders is, in my eyes, more likely than ever before.

Market is acting like #AVCT is funded into December 2026, rather than May 2027. A lot can happen in a very short time in biotech. And Avacta has x5 shots on goal: AVA6000 (SGC) AVA6000 (TNBC) AVA6103 (multiple shots) AVA6207 (also multiple shots) PRECISION (to a 3rd party warhead) Never been more confident - today buying Avacta is the cheapest and safest that it has ever been. So I did !

Another outstanding update from #AVCT this morning. AVA6000 has been quietly ticking off it's list of achievements. 1. Standard Doxorubicin has a lifetime limit precisely because of cardio toxicity. The impact is a limit on treatment cycles 4-6 dependent on dose. The answer is Avacta's AVA6000 = Zero cardio toxicity, many more cycles 12 referenced in the RNS today = more time with your family and reduced toxicity. 2. AVA6000 is the first drug EVER to have the lifetime limit removed by the FDA in a phase 1 trial. Think about that. 3. AVA6000 PFS for SGC nearly doubled and may well improve further. 4. TNBC efficacy seen!! (see poster) Many forget Doxorubicin is used in combo trials as part of keynote 522 along side a $30bn revenue drug Keytruda which comes off patent in 2028...Merck have a massive patent cliff approaching. It is used as Dox is effective! 5. As the first ever Precision drug it has proven the IP works in the clinic. AVA6103 further enhances the wider platform capability. The FDA endorsements will keep coming as the story unfolds imo. Rinse and repeat. Many forget the positives of AVA6000 because the trial was a victim of it's own success...could not find an MTD, a 5yr phase 1 trial and not yet partnered but it has set a new standard that only demonstrates further there is a huge void to fill which will improve patient care with Precision drugs. At some point soon we will be playing a game of 'Knock Knock'....'Who's there?'

#AVCT AVA6000 contains a peptide. That peptide masks doxorubicin to the extent an 80 year old suffering from triple negative breast cancer is able to safely receive preCISION-doxorubicin. And work. The risks of chemotherapy induced toxicity due to reduced organ reserve, comorbidities and general frailty for an 80 year old are clear. Yet it’s working. Quite clearly. Why is it working? It has an exceptional safety profile. Due to this peptide’s exceptional specificity. Now consider the same peptide is in AVA6103. AVA6103 has an additional modified capping group and a linker (which are designed to sustain the release of Exatecan for days, rather than hours). We know from the human PK to date, that is exactly what AVA6103 is doing (with exceptional alignment between pre-clinical and clinical data). It’s extending release of Exatecan because the capping group and linker are working. In human. It’s safe because the peptide (employed in both AVA6000 and AVA6103) is so specific. We have seen the clean safety profile through cohorts 1-3 of AVA6103. Thanks to the peptide. We have seen the FDA remove the dosing limit (for the first time in the history of a P1 drug) in AVA6000. Thanks to the peptide. We are now seeing just how safe this peptide makes toxic drugs. 5 & 1/4 years of combined data back this up across Top1 and Top2 inhibitors. Tomorrow AVA6103 will be 30 weeks into clinic. Tomorrow AVCT will outline how AVA6000 is demolishing the benchmark in Salivary Gland Cancer. A prolonged median PFS of 11.4 months. That is nearly doubling the benchmark in the first and second line setting (both chemotherapy and targeted therapy). AVA6000 in SGC deals on this PFS. Quite clearly. In addition to all this, I can’t help but wonder whether AVA6000 in TNBC is going to also find a partnership with generic Keytruda in the future. Patent expiry in 2028? $30+Bn pa drug. Often used in tandem with doxorubicin which has now been made safe by preCISION. Keynote 522(P)? The trial Coughlin said she would most like to run for 6000. AVA6207 on the cusp of revealing its warheads. AVA6103 biopsies incoming. AVA6000 demolishing the PFS in SGC. Looking forward to hearing more about FAP recruitment, durability and the real world impact of AVA6000 when the company explains the findings to the market tomorrow. ‘Bloody science project’.

This is the last time we will ever vote to hold Trump accountable. He's lived without consequences his entire freakin life. He cheated on every wife, cheated on his taxes, cheated to get out of serving, cheated to get into school, screwed every contractor, employee, coworker, investor, bank, follower, and friend, spent years partying with the world's biggest pedophile, gave pentagon contracts to his sons, took a plane as a bribe, and made $2 billion as president by turning us into an ATM... He is a human crime factory.... He is what Al Capone and Bernie Madoff dreamt about... And yet... He's never stepped foot inside a prison cell. This is our last chance to shove justice in his fat face. Shit floats, but not above the law. Don't let him get away with it. Vote.

This discovery of the self-amplifying FAP recruitment by #AVCT's pre|CISION drugs is insane. Assuming safety and tolerability do not become issues for a patient being treated with a pre|CISION drug, then that self-amplifying FAP recruitment essentially extends out (perhaps dramatically) the number of cycles the patient can endure... ...And ultimately, continuously expands the $ total addressable market for each drug and the entire platform. A remarkable discovery and once again astounding that the UK market is just shrugging it off. AVA6103 is utterly dominating the best that the ADC modality has to offer. There is a visible route to it becoming the best selling oncology drug of all time - that should be clear to everyone who has followed the Avacta story.

What a wonderful tale….
On the 20th of October 1984, 11-year-old Craig Bromfield and his 12-year-old brother Aaron went down to the Seaburn Hotel in Sunderland hoping to get some autographs from the Nottingham Forest players. Aaron spotted Brian Clough walking along the seafront with some of his staff. The boys went over and politely called him Mr Clough. Clough took one look at them. They had no coats on, they were freezing and Aaron had just been swimming in the sea in his pants. Clough called them a couple of “ragtags.” He told them they would “catch their bloody death” dressed like that, and asked if they had eaten any breakfast. They hadn’t. Clough took them back into the hotel and got them fed. Then he told them they could travel to the match with Nottingham Forest on the team bus, as long as they went home first and got permission from their parents. So Craig and Aaron ran the two miles home to Southwick, asked if they could go and ran back again. Once they were on the bus, Clough sat at the front and told them to “bugger off” to the back, where Forest kept the chocolate, crisps and fizzy drinks. They could help themselves. Just don’t disturb the players. For two boys who had grown up in and out of care, begging strangers for money and being sent out to steal, it was the best day of their lives. Craig never got the chance to thank Clough properly, so afterwards he wrote him a letter. Clough wrote back. He told Craig he was pleased they had enjoyed themselves and hoped he would see them again. At the bottom he signed it: “Be good, Love Brian.” Not long afterwards, Sunderland drew Nottingham Forest at Roker Park in the League Cup. Craig and Aaron were waiting at the Seaburn Hotel before the Forest team had even arrived. When Clough stepped off the bus, he hugged them. Again, he decided they looked as though they needed feeding. He told them to go inside and order whatever they wanted. Forest returned to Sunderland again just before Christmas. This time, Clough brought presents. The boys were given a football signed by the Forest squad and padded jackets. Clough hadn’t forgotten how they had looked the first morning he met them. “Now you’ve no excuse for not bringing your coats.” But Clough’s involvement in their lives didn’t stop with football. One day outside the ground, Craig spotted four boys from school who had been bullying him. Clough noticed something was wrong and asked him about it. Craig told him. Clough walked over to the four boys. He gave each of them a ticket for the match. Then he gave them a warning. “I know who you are and I know where you all live, and I’ll come round to yer mams’. Now bugger off!” They never bullied Craig again. Over the next few years, Craig and Aaron became part of Clough’s family. They stayed at his home in Derbyshire, played in the games room, went into Nigel Clough’s bedroom, travelled with Forest and were treated like little brothers by Clough’s children. “We had been brought up to believe nobody could love us; that we were unlovable.” “For the first time, we felt loved and special.” When Craig was 16, his parents decided to move to London without him. Clough told him to come and live with his family. He went from being the 11-year-old boy outside the Seaburn Hotel without a coat to travelling to work with Brian Clough, helping out in the Forest dressing room and sitting in the dugout as they won at Wembley. Years later, Craig was asked what his life might have looked like if he had never walked over to Brian Clough that morning in Sunderland. “If Brian hadn’t done what he did, I wouldn’t have had a life, because I would have been in prison.”

Seems that our favourite #Avct troll is so afraid of logical thought that he’s blocked me. Is this a badge of honour I wonder ? Or does it reflect that my last #Avct tweet got 133 likes and his last one got one ! Yes one ! I’d be prepared to bet him a proper sum (to Cancer Research of course as one couldn’t give him any money) that his various predictions are nonsense, but as he posts under a false name, and obviously can’t afford a blue tick that’s a non starter !

#AVCT AVA6103 began end of March. On 16 September AVCT announced “clinical proof of mechanism for the preCISION platform.” We now know the reason the CEO was happy to state that: they already sat on biopsy data which confirmed the tumour reservoir model in human. The CEO went on to say (last week, interims) this is the most remarkable alignment of pre-clinical and clinical data she has seen in over two decades. So, we know: They sit on biopsies. They flew through C1,2,3,4. The safety profile is phenomenal. They are sustaining the release of Exatecan (for days) in human. They sit on confirmed platform technology. Given they have “a few” biopsies “in their back pocket”, these are likely coming from both mandatory backfill and not mandatory consent. Bingo is demonstration they have established a dose:response relationship as the cohorts have escalated and this translates into signs of effigy (which then increase as the dose escalates). Do they already have that? Well, they had a stage 4 pancreatic cancer patient still on drug in September (March dosing), they went after pancreatic again in C2, again in C3, then headed to AACR pancreatic. All of the C3 patients remained on drug at the beginning of September. The (modern, best practice) criteria to backfill in BOIN is efficacy. See MD Anderson’s public criteria. As ever, Coughlin only tells you she suspects she’s going to ace the test when she already knows the answers. All eyes now on how fast they move through Cohort 5. Cohort 5 is scheduled to be equivalent to the absolute dose of Enhertu so the speed of it will be the perfect test of preCISION’s specificity. Jet plane.
