This vile woman filed her case via the publicly-funded Ethnic Minorities Law Centre in Glasgow.
She’s claiming legal aid to sue a tiny community cafe.
She has already been allowed to sue the WRONG community group and they lost £7000 defending themselves against her error. She was ordered to pay back those costs, but that order won’t be enforced because she’s getting legal aid!
Imagine if she sued you by mistake and it cost you £7000?
Other Stornoway businesses report her shouting at staff, threatening legal action, using abusive language and insisting on her right to bring her dog onto premises.
She’s a nasty piece of work and the @ScotsLegalAid should to refuse to pay for this vexatious claim against a tiny community cafe.

Kellerman’s case is funded by Scottish legal aid. She first sued the wrong charity, costing it over £7,000 that legal-aid rules prevent recovering. The volunteer-run cafe now faces bankruptcy on the redirected claim. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

I know it’s a side issue but for £35,000 you can commission a fake poll and get it published in two major newspapers? The results of which contributed to the downfall of a sitting PM. Mind blowing.

I am eternally frustrated by the idea that not seeing yourself reflected in a film means it holds nothing of value for you. It's a deeply incurious, self-absorbed way to engage with art.

Her monologue here about it how she’s the one who has been holding shit down but would never be handed the throne cause she’s not a man and the Circe scene, yeah, don’t say he doesn’t have compelling women characters no more to me.

Every celebrity in Hollywood has been crashing out over Timothée Chalamet’s comments about ballet and opera, but all of a sudden none of them can find their voice to talk about this.
‘The Voice of Hind Rajab’ star Motaz Malhees says he cannot enter the U.S. for the #Oscars this Sunday because of his Palestinian citizenship:
“It hurts. But here is the truth. You can block a passport. You cannot block a voice.”

Jennifer Lawrence jokes about reacting to the Actor Awards nominations with Emma Stone:
“We’re in a group chat and she got nominated for a SAG today and I did not. I wrote ‘WHAT!’ and all her friends were like ‘Congratulations Emma’ and I just do a sad face. Every time she tries to talk today, I’m like ‘Why are you not saying sorry.' She’s been beating me for decades but it’s an honor."

Mariella Frostrup, "I just don't know when we started dehumanising people to the extent that we do now"
>Huge clap<
*In response to Nadine Dorries's long rant on leaving the ECHR and using the Royal Navy to address Farage's Brexit Small Boats Arrivals*
"I find it really shocking"
"Imagine if nobody wanted to come here then we'd really be depressed by Britain as a nation"
"Of course it is an issue. But we've decreased our budget for international development"
"We have a completely shambolic asylum system"
"You talk about people coming here illegally, but what are the legal routes?"
"We still don't have proper legal routes"
Nadine Dorries, "We do"
Mariella Frostrup, "Explain. I'm a woman in Congo. I'm one of the 80,000 women who has been raped as a result of the conflict going on there. I need to escape. My family has been wiped out. What's my legal way of applying to join my sister who is in the UK?"
*Nadine Dorries goes silent*
"It is impossible, our system is broken"
"The way we talk about people trying to come here, and the way we completely ignore the dilemmas that they face. And the fact that we have been instrumental in a lot of those conflicts"
"What happened to Afghanistan? When we were determined that people from Afghanistan could come here because of the way they supported us during that war"
"And now we're talking about them as if they're rubbish on the street"
"I think it's a shame we're allowing Reform UK to set the tone and the agenda and the way we talk about illegal immigrants"
*Nadine Dorries is now biting her lips*

Some actors play emotions. Diane Keaton lived inside them.
Diane Keaton embodied the contradictions of being human: funny and fragile, bright and bruised, always achingly honest. For decades, she filled every frame with warmth, wit, and wonder. A Best Actress Oscar winner and four-time nominee, her presence shaped generations of storytelling. Her spirit will live forever on screen, and in the hearts of all who saw themselves in her.

This review is ridiculous. It’s the byproduct of an artist who has built a fanbase of inexperienced listeners, which explains why they’re so easily impressed by what she gives them. An adult woman singing about sex shouldn’t be shocking or disappointing to fans who are also adults.
But when most of her discography leans juvenile, it’s hard to fault them. Their only metric for judging her has always been numbers and lyrics, and now that the lyrics aren’t as sanitized, they’re struggling. She’s cultivated a fanbase with limited musical variety, which is why it’s so important to step outside your ‘fave’s’ catalog and explore other artists and genres to refine your taste

THE LEOPARD (1963). Few things move me like the story of the old world giving way to the new. I was afraid this wouldn't live up to my immense expectations. I was wrong. A masterpiece that feels like you're immersed in both a great painting and a great novel at the same time.
