And that’s before FSD is legal

The Y is why you need a Y. Don't ask Y, take a FSD Drive... That's Y

Thank You Elon for putting up with all the shortsighted idiots you are helping . 💪❤️🚀🌕✨⚡️👍👍👏😎

⚡️Electric car sales in Europe rose sharply in September 2026. European brands remain the largest group, but Chinese and Korean brands are gaining significant ground. Source: eu-evs.com

Model Y and Model 3 at one and two, across every brand and every fuel type. Ten years ago that sentence would've gotten you laughed out of a dealership 😂

For a very good reason: they are awesome cars!

Amazing what oil wars will do for oil-free vehicles sales, huh? Whodda thunk that?!

Top two cars in Europe across every fuel type. The Model Y and 3 just lapped the Golf on its home turf

Even in Germany the Model Y was #1 in September with 8,038 registrations, triple last year, beating the Golf on its home turf. Across Europe the Model Y alone outsold the #3 car more than 2 to 1.

Meanwhile in Germany. Berlin Art Guy is getting his art loaded into his Voltzwagen.

That is surprising, comparing with 2025 it’s a huge improvement. Go Tesla! 💪

I love Tesla so much but: xitter.cf/finebutwhy/status/2112…
FSD is completely castrated in Europe and I am tired of pretending it's not. I rather take my Zeekr 001 because I can turn off the DMS there and it suits my driving style.

98% of what though? Y + 3 add up to 66,028 of the 66,035, and if 66k was 98% of the market the whole of Europe would have sold ~67,400 cars in September. pretty sure it's closer to a million a month

Congratulations Elon and Tesla 🤝🚘

66,035 registrations and the top two cars in all of Europe, against brands with a 100-year head start. Europe did not lose on subsidies, it lost on cost per car: one giga casting replaces dozens of stamped parts. By 2030 the question is not EV or petrol, it is who can still build at Tesla's cost curve.

Model Y and Model 3 took the top two spots in all of Europe, every fuel type. Model Y sold more than double the Golf.

Europe's automotive giants spent decades setting the standard. Tesla decided to redefine it

Golf still moving 18k a month is the part that surprises me
18
Model Y is now Europe's best seller for all of 2026 too 167,366 through September, passing the Dacia Sandero at 162,971 One month flipped it: 40,971 in September alone @elonmusk can Model Y hold #1 for the full year?

Top two in Europe. So much for the demand problem.

Big month, and the record checks out: 66,035 beats Tesla's previous European high of 60,934 from March 2023. One fix though: the 98% is how complete the preliminary Dataforce count was (Portugal and Lithuania still missing), not Tesla's share of the market. Worth watching: Model Y was 73rd in July, so Q4 tells us whether this sticks.

Total and absolute dominance. 🤯 Teslas locking down the top two spots in Europe against every legacy fuel and EV type is a massive statement. $TSLA ⚡🚀

Congrats to Volkswagen on Europe's best-selling non-Tesla
