This is in principle a formal alcohol ban whose outcome will be
1. The police will harass, arrest, extort bribes and kill people in their 20s (even 26 year olds) for looking like 21 year olds
2. Anything alcoholic in a car will be regarded as transportation of alcohol - bribes

The Alcoholic Drinks and Drugs Control Laws (Amendment) Bill 2026, which seeks to amend the Alcoholic Drinks Control Act (Cap 121), sets tough conditions to manufacturers, sellers and consumers of alcoholic drinks.
