If you are properly sprinting you are not going to be able to do it 3x a week.
The unfortunate reality is that every biohack in the universe gets completely obliterated by doing sprints 3x a week and it's not even close

I would wager that anyone who talks about sprinting like this is insanely slow by any real standard. Like 15 second 100m

Arguing over which white people are the biggest lefties while Gov. Abbott gives Texas away to Indians (who vote 95% Dem) and Trump cheers on the job he's doing.
What gets me is that the descendants of the original Scandinavian immigrants all tend to be huge leftists who despise Trump and MAGA, while Italian Americans are some of his biggest supporters-yet he never once thinks about advocating for more immigration from Italy.

I work for a bar in a very woke area. Pride flags are up all year long and drag queens regularly perform. Disgusting place. But I need the cash and it's walking distance from my home. Whenever it's a busy night (usually Friday or Saturday), I make sure I drink a lot of water from the bar. Then I sneak over to the non-binary bathroom. I piss all over the toilet seat, the toilet paper roll, the sink. My favorite spot? The Dyson hand dryer. It's truly a sight to behold. It's also one of the most liberating feelings in the world to spray an inhumane amount of urine anywhere and everywhere you can. I don't feel an ounce of guilt. Not even for the cleaners who clean it up the next day. They're short, brown immigrants who are probably here illegally. They barely smile and regularly hit you with that third-world stare. I'm not even sure they're sentient. I've never been caught or even suspected. This is the only place I do it. I will strike again.

>daly city Probably in the top 5 all around worst places to live in CA
San Francisco: People say it's unaffordable. But that's not true for anyone with a full-time job. Not far from downtown SF, within walking distance of BART, with a beautiful view, five people could comfortably share this place for $1k/month per person. That's $12k/year per person. Working full time at minimum wage yields over $40k/year. So if anyone tells you SF is not affordable, the truth is they feel entitled to have a place with no roommates, or that they don't want a full-time job. Just about anyone can make it work if they're willing to compromise a bit.

Wow, Diane Yap not being a retard for once
I really hate that America is full of Karens who are allergic to fun. “Oh but think of the children!” They’ll be fine. There’s zero actual danger in Halloween decor.

This is no way whatsoever “third worldism”. Over the top Halloween decor is the whitest thing ever.
This is creeping third worldism and we should ban such displays.

Sounds almost identical to most marriages nowadays
I shit you not -- within 2 minutes of tweeting this she emailed me to complain I haven't done something when I've literally spent the entire morning fixing her mistakes from yesterday. Legitimately GTH & retire, the work will not skip a beat if you leave.

Eastern Europe completely caved on mass immigration: over 250,000 non-EU migrants to Poland in 2025 alone, including 37,000 Colombians, 29,000 Filipinos, 29,000 Indians, also 10,000 Zimbabweans, 6000 Turks, 1400 Peruvians, 1000 Moroccans, 1700 Nigerians, 1500 Kenyans, etc.

Wow…. Embarrassed by lunchboxes and reminiscing about being pumped and dumped by frat guys in college? Give this woman an advance on a book to movie deal.

Mountain View used to have normal Americans living there 30 years ago.
Mountain View Tower Records, 1994: Pantera meets fans and signs autographs. The day Pantera released their album, Far Beyond Driven, they showed up at Tower Records in Mountain View for a meet and greet with fans and to sign autographs. My buddy Mark and I heard about it that afternoon on the radio and immediately dropped everything so we could go down there. We stood in line for a couple hours and got to meet other Pantera fans and talk all things metal with them. Their guitarist, Dimebag Darrell was one of the best and nicest guys in metal. He loved his fans, you could see it by the way he interacted with the kid getting his record signed. source footage 🎥: Pantera

🇺🇸 In Virginia, a 64-year-old man was charged after he taped his wife to a chair in the basement so he could watch football upstairs. Terry Ward was arrested last Sunday night in Richmond after officers responded to a domestic call. According to the criminal complaint, his wife said he used tape to restrain her to a chair in the basement. Ward admitted he tied her up and left her there. She had marks and tape residue on both arms and told police she had been restrained for up to 45 minutes. He faces felony abduction and misdemeanor assault on a family member He is due in court on November 10.

These are actually 3 completely different archetypes believe it or not. Left is a 90iq cornball retard who is going to be raising his grandchildren pointing a shotgun at a child like an insane person. Top right is a cornball but ultimately harmless black Republican showing he's present in his daughter's life and you cant treat her like a floozy, goofy and antiquated but fine overall. And bottom right is an insane girl-dad who is in love with his daughter and genuinely wants to kill her completely normal looking mild mannered middle class date.
Father & daughter pictures before prom are going viral 👀

The Amex blue cash card has a spend cap of $6,000/year on its 6% back at grocery stores offer, which nets you a max of $295 after the fee. You are literally a goy with a coupon book and are no way superior to the 31 y/o debit card user.
With the Amex Blue, you pay $95 for 6% cash back at grocery stores and streaming services and 3% back at gas stations and transit. This card alone nets me multiple hundreds of dollars per year.

We have this stupid conversation every week. The only places with nice weather in America are a tiny sliver of California and a bit of the New Mexico high desert. Everywhere else is a compromise of some sort.
America's best climates and where to find them. In the US, you simply can't beat California

Unless you have an Amex black card, then you’re just a stupid goy with a coupon book.
Focusing on such menial low ceiling schemes is poverty coded The average person makes about $500 a year from credit card rewards. yet normies love feeling superior and thinking they’ve discovered El Dorado because they spent 10 hours researching and switching cards for the equivalent of 2 weeks pay check at a part time job.
