Hi! My name is Fidget the Crazy. Fidget is perfectly fine, I’ve even been called Fidge. If you typo it as “Fisget”, that’s fine too, ‘cause I do it to myself all the time 🫠
My address is a LDS church basement cosmic anomaly; you’ll usually find me sitting in the corner drawing.
Watched Wildwood
It was amazing! There’s some stuff at the beginning where it’s like “uhhhhhhh why was that necessary” (it takes place in Portland Oregon, of course it’s going to be woke), but once you actually go into the forest, the story is engaging, and has a compelling story!
I got vibes of Chronicles of Narnia, Labyrinth, even Gulliver’s Travels with the bureaucrat part. It carried a story of not allowing grief become obsession, and to not dabble in evil.
I also understand why parents were upset 😅 it was NOT advertised correctly. During the previews, we were getting advertisements for Cat in the Hat, freaking Cocomelon (WHYYYYYYYYYYY), and the trailers didn’t really show the intense stuff. They might have thought this was gonna be a spirited away thing, but no. This movie is rated PG-13. One of the soldiers calls his commander a “bitch”. There’s a war going on, and they show the violence that goes with it. It’s an intense, visceral movie, and with how it was handled advertisement wise, I can see why parents may have felt lied to.
But overall, even with the showcasing how weird Portland is at the beginning, I really enjoyed it!
I have a question that’s gonna get me in trouble:
Are people watching this election hoping that Trump still comes out on top?
I voted for Trump last presidential election, in fact, he was the reason I registered in the first place. He was the better choice out of the two. At the time. But the more I keep hearing what he’s doing, I question which voices he’s listening to. I agree that he’s what we needed at the time, but I feel as though over time he’s allowed power get to his head (easy to let happen, given the office he holds) and is listening to pride, which is shaping the decisions he’s making. That’s the last thing a leader should ever do, is let pride dictate what they do with their power.
I worry that people are either not seeing this, or are choosing to ignore it.
This is not me saying that Trump is evil and that you should never vote for him ever, you’re free to vote for him if you think he’s still the right choice. If God told me to vote for him for whatever reason I don’t understand, I would. What I am doing is expressing concern that people are blindly following because they let politics become their religion.
I suppose this is a reminder that Trump is not a savior. A leader, of course, but he’s not going to lead us to the promised land. Keep praying for him that he will make the correct decisions for this country, but remember who our actual Savior is, and don’t replace Him with someone that can’t fill those shoes.
I didn’t realize the DTIYS wasn’t even out yet, but I decided to do something anyway because I liked the idea.
It could have turned out better, but I have this awful condition where I start something intended to be grand, then finish it mediocre because I don’t have the energy to convey what I want. Oh well.
*incomprehensibale screeching*
I have beeen vocal about this guy for TWO YEARS. Latter-Day Chaz is who I think about when I tell people to stay away from esoterica. ***This right here*** is why I go so hard against the esotericists. If you do it for the lore and not the Lord, you’re going to completely miss the mark, every time.
This one’s a good one too xitter.gq/moca_pipipippi/status/…
“SIGNIFICANT MOISTURE”
And apparently there was another post that called it “ample tropical moisture”
WHAT THE FRICK IS THIS WORDING 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I feel as though the word “moisture” is a significant understatement for a HURRICANE.
FLOOD THREAT: Tropical Storm Rachel is going to bring significant moisture, which will bring extensive flooding in low-lying areas, streets, and streams. A Flood Watch is in effect Saturday through Monday. If you're in a flood zone or near streams, you may want to prepare #utwx

There’s a huge difference between allowing Scripture to form your beliefs and using it to justify beliefs you’ve already formed.
I think about that difference almost every day as I scroll through Twitter.
