You Can Just Build Things in Kansas City.
Learn to build evals, folks.
Highly recommended reading on using decision models for evals.
From our internal evals, System One models like Jev are a great fit for LLM Judges.
If you want to go beyond Hamel's great write-up, I've also put together a few resources on applying decision models to LLM judges.

2) Jev-as-a-Judge: Evaluating Agents with a Decision Model - academy.dair.ai/labs/jev-as-…
Bonus paper I would recommend, with a few other ideas that combine System One and System Two models: Jev-as-a-Judge paper - arxiv.org/abs/2609.26550

ChatGPT is now the largest medical record sync from hospitals to consumers, passing Apple.
I'm glad we can all access our medical records through the apps we choose. Rightly so!
We're working with Epic and hospitals to reduce the API load on their servers. The current setup is archaic - the equivalent of refreshing your inbox instead of getting a push when email arrives.
FHIR Subscriptions can solve this & reduce strain on the system.
Incredibly, hospitals are now paying for AI companies to disrupt them. 🤦♂️
Patients linking their MyChart accounts to @OpenAI's ChatGPT rose more than 7,000% in a single month at 69-hospital @AdvocateHealth, its CIO Bobbie Byrne told @Becker’sHR.
Patients set this up themselves in ChatGPT, so that the AI can explain their lab results, scans, and doctors’ notes. You know, instead of one of Advocate's doctors.
To add insult to disruption, every time a patient asks ChatGPT a question, Advocate’s Epic system has to look up and send the records and pay for the computing resources that make that happen. AND — brace yourself — Federal law says Advocate can't charge patients, or their apps, for that access to the patient's own records.
So a health system is paying for a competitor’s access to its own patients’ records. The competitor takes away the followup visit, and the healthcare system pays for that to happen — both in lost revenue and in increased computing costs.
That’s Interpretation Migration, subsidized by the disruptee. buff.ly/DlyODMb #DrYou #InterpretationMigration #Disruption

Nathan Fielder is on the cover of WIRED, and the funniest part of the interview is that the reporter seems to have missed the entire point of his movie.
'You Can See Everything' isn't really about whether Elizabeth Holmes is a liar. It's about how easily YOU can be manipulated into believing someone is a liar, a victim, a villain, or a hero depending on how their story is told.
And here we have the interviewer doing exactly what the movie is warning us about.
Our latest model advances bring stronger capabilities for building and migrating software in low-resource programming languages such as COBOL, Fortran, and Visual Basic.
These languages power software that banks, governments, and businesses depend on. Progress here means understanding decades of business logic and helping developers modernize those systems while preserving what works.
We’re building these capabilities around the challenges developers and enterprise customers bring us. If your team is working on these systems, tell us which languages and workflows we should tackle next.

Muse bought me the last Hamilton ticket and @swyx calls me "the biggest @muse shill ever" and he's kind of right
Flying back home from NY this week, here's the tasks my personal agents did for me this week:
Tho I main Muse, I also love @bot and use both products in slightly different ways
- Taxes. @grok did all @targumvid corporate federal and state taxes. Verified all the numbers via Cursor Cloud agents with Fable/GPT and submitted via browser use. Really really need to find an MCP taxes app for March
- Found me a podcast studio for @thursdai_pod, interviewed me about my requirements, emailed back and forth and helped me choose a good one.
- Booked me the last seat at @HamiltonMusical on broadway (where I got to see Chris Jackson! so cool!)
- Arranged a side event at the Flatiron Bathhouse, created the LUMA link, we even printed wristbands together (cause how else will we find folks with no name badges in a bathhouse?)
- Extended my hotel 2 extra nights when my trip stretched, after the hotel ghosted my emails it found the right person and closed it
- Navigated me to EVERYWHERE. it's more convinient to ask muse to "gimme a maps link" then to go to the maps app and type it in! I predict this will be a big usecase!
- Helped me arrange flights to Vegas (I hate doing trip planning while on a trip) and helped me find a podcast studio for Vegas as well
- Arranged guests to come to ThursdAI - @osanseviero and @genevieve__h 👏
- Nagged me the morning my annual work review was due, hours before it would have been late
- Kept me on schedule, I kept asking "what's next today, when do I need to leave, how long do I have in this place
- Nagged me about a personal work review needed to be completed, helped me find the right slacks/emails to complete it.
- Helped me edit and deliver ThursdAI news (This was mostly Claude with some GrokBot) - I haven't yet moved this to AI assistants
- Booked @mattbergland from Cognition into my AI Engineer podcast slot
- @bot Watched my X timeline for me on launch day and ranked the news by likes and reposts, top 4 first so I will be "in the news"
- Warned me before a restaurant about a potential wardrobe issue!

The recognition Codex Ambassadors get from OpenAI is actually insane.
The visibility, the amplification, the way they celebrate people building communities around Codex. It's genuinely impressive.
