Stop the brain rot. Take time off tech. Turn off your phone. Read long books. Watch old movies. Delete TikTok. Meditate. Sit and do nothing. Stop being a sourpuss. Have a silly goose time. Moo at cows. Go for long walks in nature for absolutely no reason. Delete social media if you have to. Stop letting the algorithms win. Short form content is rotting our brain, ruining our memory, shrinking the part of us that makes us human. If you don’t make technology your master, you will be its slave. Become human again.

The Cybertruck is getting discontinued after 3 short years and less than 100,000 sales! I paid $110,873 all cash for mine two years ago.
It is still the biggest financial transaction of my life.
I understand why it’s getting discontinued. In order of importance:
- Elon lied to use about range
He offered a range extender package to boost the range from 300 miles to 500 miles for $16,000. I put the deposit on that and then it was abruptly canceled and refunded. This gave me intense buyers remorse
- the cybertruck became a symbol of right wing politics
Driving a cybertruck in SF caused me to get flipped off by so many people on a near-daily basis. Sometimes people would scream at me and tell me I’m a terrible human being.
- they optimized for speed over convenience
I couldn’t use my truck to tow my stuff from SF to Las Vegas in January because charging the cybertruck requires you to unhitch the tow which is insanely cumbersome. On top of that, towing reduces the range from 300 miles to 150 miles! It’s cool it can go 0 to 60 in less than 3 seconds but that’s a fun gimmick more than something that seriously impacts my life.
Do I regret buying my super fast dumpster? Absolutely not. It changed my perspective on the world.
Now I own a 2024 foundation model Cyberbeast which they only made ~10,000 of total. So my truck will probably appreciate in value as Tesla becomes more successful.
It’s also DataExpert.io’s company vehicle so it saved me ~$35,000 on my taxes when I bought it in 2024. So it’s a $75,000 speedy dumpster not a $110,000 speedy dumpster.
It has been a very strange journey with the Cybertruck!

Trump offered Americans $5,000 to re-elect Republicans and 2024 Trump voters still stayed home.
That’s how bad it is, but they still don’t get it.
People will work 30 years in a job they hate, contribute to a 401(k), and hope to retire with $1M
Yet struggle to hold a high conviction investment for 5 to 10 years.
Extraordinary wealth is often built through ownership: scale a business or own assets solving real problems.
Think of those who sold Amazon, Apple, or Google too early.
Conviction requires research. Patience requires discipline. Both require emotional control.
the wisdom you build through patience may become more valuable than the asset itself.
Think in decades, not days.

BREAKING:
BBC has developed a secret emergency broadcasting plan to keep the UK informed if a major blackout or cyberattack shuts down electricity, internet and communication networks.
Around 100 BBC staff will operate a special emergency radio studio with independent power, food, water and fuel supplies to keep broadcasts running for at least three days.
The plan relies on FM radio, which can continue operating even when internet and mobile networks go down.
The UK is also preparing for a potential nationwide crisis, with officials urging the country to be ready to withstand a major disruption for at least 72 hours.
