Kent Johnson is the #CBJ MVP this season and it’s not particularly close.
He saves the day for the Jackets after an epic collapse. They beat the Flyers, 4-3, in overtime.
More thoughts coming later this evening with @CBUSsportsLocal.

Also, that 4-3 OT win in Philly was a perfect punctuation mark for my 1,000th #CBJ broadcast. No silver stick or silver mic or silver anything needed. The rewards are the experiences, the people and a family that understands what it takes to get to 1,000. Off to Raleigh.

I’m genuinely not trying to be negative. Believe me, I’d love to be thrilled that they’ve won two in a row.
But a game like that is tough to watch.
Address the mistakes and try and turn the negativity into positivity. #CBJ
#CBJ win 4-3 in OT.
If anyone on this team is happy about this win, the culture hasn’t changed one bit.
Embarrassing.

Dearest Martha,
We travelled to the city of brother love where the winged men were waiting for us. What seemed like an easy battle turned into a nightmare. The enemy almost forced a retreat if not for a heroic cavalry charge from PFC Johnson.
Yours,

KJ stays hot and saves the day.
He's got 6-4-10 in 10 games this season. It's his best start since he broke out with 6-6-12 in his first 10 games in 2024-2025.

So how did #OhioState’s J.J. Sullinger end up donating a kidney to #Buckeyes teammate Terence Dials?
Both guys were kind enough to share the story with me. Grab the tissues and give it a read.

Interesting data from @AspenInstSports on the participation numbers of youth sports. Some of this data could be misleading, but there are some clear trends.
