Hesse is the genealogical root of Saxe-Coburge (Windsor), Bauer (Rothschild) & Del Banco (Warburg). Schiffs are also related. Hesse is derived from Farnese. The Bauers were first hired by Hesse in 1690's. What this describes is a branch of the dynasty continued from ancient Rome.

There are no IQ gaps between black and white. However there certainly have been differences in the way ordinary black and white folk have been treated historically. @eli_outsider is correct in saying black "leaders" have been nothing more than figurehead minions of the rulers.
