Home workout regulars, which exercise did you make harder once it started feeling easy—push-ups, squats, or something else?

There's nothing wrong with a guy doing hip thrusts. I don't do them because my glutes already get lots of engagement from the different squat patterns I do, and I see no reason to isolate them.

The gym is dangerously addictive.
You get your first serious injury, stay away for months, and start avoiding the very exercise that got you injured.
Then you recover, and suddenly you have to fight a mental battle to approach that same movement again.
But the day you finally do it, something clicks. You find your spark again.
That's the gym for you. You don't just fall in love with lifting weights; you fall in love with the feeling of overcoming yourself.
At this point, gym addiction might be stronger than cocaine.

The chest press machine is goated for real. The machine completely locks your body in place, eliminates the need for stabilizer balance, and allows you to push your upper chest to absolute neurological failure safely.

The people who are always looking out for others are often the ones going through the most themselves.

I have a “Love/Hate” relationship with Bulgarian Split Squat.
But it's a great program for the quads and glutes.
