I recently made a confession to my fiancรฉ, and ever since then, things between us havenโt been the same.
My fiancรฉ, Michael, and I have been together for four years. We were planning our wedding, discussing our future, and making plans for the family we hoped to build together.
But there was something I had been keeping from him.
A few months ago, I cheated on him with someone I had known for a while. It was a mistake, and although I regretted it, I struggled with the guilt of pretending everything was perfectly fine.
Eventually, I decided to come clean. I thought telling him the truth would be painful initially, but at least we could work through it together.
Unfortunately, his reaction wasnโt what I expected.
He didnโt shout. He didnโt insult me. He simply became quiet.
Since that confession, Michael has barely been affectionate. He hardly calls, our conversations are shorter, and whenever I try to discuss our wedding plans, he changes the subject.
Yesterday, I asked him whether he still wanted to marry me.
He looked at me and said, โI love you, but I donโt know if I can trust you again.โ

Last night, I was having sex with my wife.
Then, suddenly, she pushed my shoulder.
