2) Once again, this is a statewide issue. One reason I know this is because I make school board voting guides for the whole state.
This kind of head-in-the-sand response doesn't fly when the problem is statewide. I make school board voting guides, and districts *everywhere* in Tx, in red and blue parts of the state, are in trouble.

I’m more interested Bell county turnout than Dallas and Travis. Bell is a majority minority county, and has a huge Latino and Black population. I think it has a real shot at turning blue this cycle, driven by lower propensity young and minority voters. My model currently rates this as “toss-up” giving Rs the slight edge.
I think seeing Bell continue to outpace Montgomery is a good sign if you’re rooting for a Talarico victory. We’ll continue to
