and this is so important after he had pushed Pio to put his heart into Nemesis (which benefited them but was still painful). so big after he said he chased Pio to the end because he won't let go. this time HE chose to wait and did it with TRUST. not one doubt about their love.

so emotional about Jeongyo simply waiting for Pio to come to him in the 3 years. giving him time and space with an unflinching trust in their bond. it wasn't to let Pio go but to allow him the freedom nobody had ever given him. he won't demand Pio's heart, he'll just trust.

I find this quite sad _ how his dream was for Jeongyo to be alive,thinking it would lessen his guilt. But finding out he was alive, the sadness didn't go away. He painfully missed him and yearned for the past they had. it was never just about guilt
I believe that Pio went back to the high school building for he plans to close his last few chapters of his precious warm memories with Jeongyo for good. He was still grieving here because he somehow resigned to the fact that he really lost the Jeongyo that he treasures for good.
But the person in question decided to surprisingly show up right there
