Encouraging progress over the past several days. @SEPeaceMissions and I are grateful to @POTUS for his leadership and to our Ukrainian, European, and Russian counterparts for engaging constructively.
There is still hard work ahead, but we have a real opportunity to move beyond this war and build a framework for lasting peace, security, and prosperity for generations to come.
In Oslo and St. Petersburg, @JaredKushner and I met with Russian, Ukrainian, and European leaders to advance President Trump’s mission to end the war.
In St. Petersburg, we met with President Putin to build on the progress made in Oslo with President Zelenskyy, discuss a peace framework, and thank President Putin for releasing American citizen Stephen Hubbard to return home to his family.
These discussions were constructive, and will continue with trilateral talks between the United States, Russia, and Ukraine at the technical level.
While there is still important work left to do, President Trump remains committed to seeing this war end and achieving a comprehensive, durable peace that will provide security and prosperity for generations to come.

How could Witkoff call a man guilty of murdering, torturing, and raping hundreds of thousands of victims a humanist? Have you all completely lost your minds? After your negotiations, the number of Ukrainians killed by Russians is increasing, not decreasing. You don’t want peace, Mr. Kushner; you want to profit from this war and from bloodshed. And next time, let Witkoff just go ahead and kiss Putin’s ass.
Felon's son in law has no business being involved but here we are. Gop failures are such hypocrites #TrumpIsARussianAsset
Putin the humanitarian you say….?
