Today is the day of historic surrender by associations before DFS / IBA In a Five star hotel in Mumbai .And a day they have accepted to surrender .Today is international women's day and in our culture women are a form of Shakti .
Today 9 th joint note is being signed one year earlier than the previous joint notes and without even notice of strike and this is being touted as a major achievement but at what cost . not a single major demand of charter of demand has been accepted by team DFS / IBA .
1
Total increase of 17 pc over march 22 pay slip is reasonable but much below our expectations in view of current record profitability of PSB .
2 in COD we demanded basic salary at par with RBI / LiC and central government.reality our new basic will be 40 pc less than RBI / LIC / central government .with pathetic 3 pc loading in existing basic .
DFS / IBA won
3 COD demanded merger of special allowance with basic reality around 1100 basis point increase in special allowance.
IBA / DFS won
4 COD demanded OPS for all reality no serious discussion on this issue .
DFS / IBA won .
5
5 days of work banking
MOU signed on 7/12/23 said union / association demanded implementation of 5 days work banking before signing of BPS / Joint note .
Reality they are signing it day without implementing 5 days of work banking.
And now we are on mercy of government of India regarding date when 5 days of work banking will be implemented .
6 defined working hours
Do discussion/ progress at all .
7 pension updation
COD demanded pension updation.
In reality we are getting ex gratia of paltry few thousands to 7.5 lakh pensioners around 20 pc of them retired prior to nov 2007 getting crums as pensions.
In my 39 years of my banking life this is the first time apex level associations have surrendered before DFS / IBA without even putting a semblance of fight .total surrender.
These spineless apex level association representatives have made bankers Life miserable with no relief in sight .
History will remember them as surrender shree
On my way to Aurangabad Bihar for association works.

On Sunday, 1 November, I.N.D.I.A will stand united at Ramlila Maidan.
The fight against Vote Chori is a fight to protect every Indian’s right to choose. The Vote Loot in Bengal and across other states demand answers, not silence!
-EVMs under scrutiny
-Voter data under question
-Electoral rolls under suspicion
-Counting under challenge
I appeal to students, youth, women, workers and civil society to join us in this fight.
When the vote is under threat, silence is not an option.
Let us stand together to DEFEND our DEMOCRACY and SAVE our CONSTITUTION.
📍 Ramlila Maidan, Delhi | Sunday, 1 November 12.30
In one branch of PNB noida circle one female sub staff has done series of fraudulent transactions in multiple customers account misusing password of other employees of that branch.she hsils from the same village from where customers hails so won trust of these customers and she has betrayed trust of both customers and employees reposed in her .she has joined pnb in 2021 and holds B tech degree reportedly .she has fraudulently transferred transferred funds to 2 accounts of her known person one of them was residing earlier in same village as tenants.
Bank has filed case with CBI and suspended branch officials whose passwords have been misused .she is so clever that when ever any customer used to visit branch for withdrawal she used to arrange that amount though transfer in that customers account from her accomplish account.
This fraud is a lesson for all bankers to protect their CBS passwords like their life and never ever share your password with any of your colleagues and do not blindly trust any of your colleagues
And be on guard against any co worker who never takes leave .
One criminal staff does immense damage to reputation of his or her bank .and deserve strickest possible punishment under the law of the land .

🚨 STOP IDBI PRIVATISATION NOW!
The minutes of the CLC conciliation meeting clearly record DIPAM’s non-participation in the earlier proceedings.
Yet, DIPAM claimed that unions had been “on board” for a year. Were bank employees ever consulted?
When the future of a public sector bank and national interest are at stake, who will hold DIPAM accountable?
Is DIPAM above scrutiny, or does it owe the nation an explanation?
Save IDBI Bank. Protect public interest. Demand transparency.

A BIG THANK YOU TO THE LEADER OF OPPOSITION
Dear Shri @RahulGandhi ji ,
for standing with IDBI Bank employees and supporting our legitimate demands.
We appeal to the Hon’ble @narendramodi ji to stop the sale of national assets and roll back IDBI Bank’s privatisation decision. @DFS_India @SecyDIPAM @ncsthq @nsitharaman

BJP buffoons fall prey so easily
In communication, deliberate misspelling is a strategy to gain attention.
It’s called Typo Marketing.
Thank you for amplifying @RahulGandhi ji’s tweet on Tata by desperately pointing out Sitaraman misspelt.
Hahhahaha!

I was the first person to seek the registration of an FIR regarding the crores of rupees that went up in flames at the residence of Justice Verma.
Later, I heard from important sources that the money belonged to Justice Chandrachud. Gradually, talk spread among the members of the Bar, and now it has spread like wildfire—at least in Delhi. Everyone is saying that it was Justice Chandrachud’s money, with some claiming it was ₹700 crore. There is another rumor about ₹500 crore or a similar amount recovered from the farmhouse of a female Delhi High Court judge.
These are rumors, but there cannot be smoke without fire. That is why I moved the Supreme Court for the fourth time. If Justice Verma is innocent—and many sympathize with him in Delhi, believing that although he may be corrupt, the burned money was not his but Justice Chandrachud’s—these rumors and issues still need to be addressed.
When I mentioned the matter, the Chief Justice switched off the audio and video, so no one knew what was said or transacted in court. Judges face great difficulty in such matters. For a Chief Justice, Justice Verma’s case poses a dilemma due to a sense of collegiality—or a trade-union-like mentality among judges. They tend to protect one another.
Look at the damage this causes: today, people say the safest place to keep money is a judge’s residence. There are so many allegations against judges today that people consider the political executive less corrupt by comparison. While there are no allegations against the Prime Minister, many allegations persist against the government regarding various industrial groups.
Whose failure is this? It is the failure of the press and the failure of the Bar. As the Bar, we have failed to rise to the occasion. The so-called elite and eminent lawyers in the Supreme Court are hypocrites and sycophants—self-serving individuals who care for no one else.
Common people must step forward to raise these issues. Lawyers can utilize social media for this purpose. I am not asking anyone to take to the streets—that is dangerous, and lawyers should never do so—but we must address these matters.
