They never turn it off either. I go to the gym and I'm like damn why is everyone dripped in like vintage gym fits while I'm here wearing a company t shirt 馃槀
Pre-AI it was common to book time with colleagues to get context on certain parts of the codebase, how to set up repos, run tests etc.
Now it's completely unacceptable unless you've already asked AI

What doing stand up comedy taught me about b2b saas:
It鈥檚 very satisfying to have a creative outlet that AI can鈥檛 outperform me at. Coming from someone who used to feel creatively satisfied by programming. Highly recommend

Curious to see what takes its place. I have no solutions 馃槄. You could say ok the interview now is just build what you can within an hour using AI but the output will be highly subjective. Personally I want just system design + soft skills interviews

Bro seriously I check stripe every 15 minutes and it's bad. I need to delete it
I am annoyed. I had my first HackerNews post that was doing well and it gets flagged and removed for no reason other than some people don鈥檛 like my project

LinkedIn also added a button for "Seems Like AI Slop" which is the first social platform to do that afaik. Apparently they're not penalizing posts which are reported? Or maybe people aren't reporting them?
I鈥檝e been saying this. And you talk to it all the same places you communicate with humans today. iMessage, slack, facetime, etc.

How is testing a candidate with mediocre model fair if they will be using a state of the art model on the job? The prompting strategy changes completely
