There are ~ 7K rare diseases and it is estimated that 1/10 Americans has a rare disease. The avg prevalence threshold is 40-50/100,000, meaning #narcolepsy is one of the more common of the rare diseases. It’s a honor to celebrate with my rare peers today! #SleepPeeps
