We have written to @AmnestyUK in response to their report from July - A Growing Threat - which labelled LGB Christians and 50 other gender critical organisations as "anti-rights". Our letter was written with legal assistance. "The Report was unfair, inaccurate and defamatory of LGB Christians and seriously so. The publication of the Report, and its calls to action, were discriminatory in purpose and in effect. The publication was a betrayal of the trust that Amnesty’s supporters have invested in it over decades and its reputation as an advocate for human rights. The calls to action based within the report amount, very seriously, to interferences or proposed interferences with the human rights of those individuals and organisations with which it was concerned. We consider that the report was contrary to the rules of good governance and the legal requirements imposed upon charities more generally." A depressing amount of victim blaming here, and in the responses.
The Kardashian former nanny revealing what happened with Caitlyn Jenner when she worked for them. So basically, everybody knew but nobody said anything to each other. 😭😭😭

He never stops. Alex Horwood (aka Lynsay Watson) is so discombobulated and outraged about women having voices, women saying "no" and women having **gasp** thoughts of their own, that his meltdown is that of a toddler. He now thinks he can continue to target Naomi Cunningham. Silly, silly man. @LoudBonnet

When people ask how I could risk my relationships/career to fight against sex trait medicine for children, it's because of what Wesley's saying: I knew eventually my friends and colleagues would either engage with the issue in good faith and realize I was right or they wouldn't engage with it in good faith (in which case I wanted new friends and colleagues).
I can't emphasize this enough. It is reading the actual legal pleadings, scientific publications, training modules, and pedagogical materials on gender identity that make it crystal clear that absolutely none of it can possibly be true. Anyone who engages with them in good faith, including those who are good faith believers to start will reach the only conclusion a rational can reach about them: they are nonsense on stilts. Anyone who reaches a contrary conclusion is fundamentally corrupt. There is no clean or decent way to conclude otherwise.

Agreed. Whereas voluntarily recusing oneself would look responsible and fair-minded. But this ideology doesn't seem to aspire to either of those qualities.

It’s a good example of how many in the union movement’s leadership have blindly nodded along with nonsensical policy positions for several years because they were told by a group that it’s “progressive”. To be removed from a panel on an employment tribunal is not a good look

What does seem to me to be humiliating is that someone as senior and experienced as Gloria Mills didn't see at 100 paces that she couldn't hear Wilkins without an appearance of bias.

But they and their officials are entitled to hold positions which would make them unsuitable to hear specific cases. That's fine: it just means that the relevant officials should recuse themselves from decisions in which they'd be compromised.

I can confirm that @wsusportsunion's solicitors have written to @parkrun to point out that they are breaking the law. We do NOT want parkrun to be 'less inclusive', we want fairness for women and for the female category to be protected.

ENOUGH! 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️ Restore the biological meaning of WOMAN and MAN in the SEX Discrimination Act. In Senate Estimates yesterday, Anna Cody @AusHumanRights asked @SenatorCash to clarify that when she says “biological man identifying as a woman,” does she mean a “trans woman”? Cash replied that a biological man identifying as a woman is exactly that! 🙌 Every “trans woman” is a man. This reality must be made clear for the protection of women. Cody is demanding we stop describing biological reality so a group of men known as “trans women” can be treated as women under law, with zero regard for the safety, privacy and dignity of actual women who want female-only spaces. Woman must mean adult human female in the Act. Our sex-based language must be returned in legislation and law. Without that, women and girls have no reliable legal right to single-sex spaces, services, sport or prisons. Objecting becomes discrimination. Our boundaries and CONSENT given away in law. 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️ The government refuses to restore the ordinary meaning of woman, man and sex. Contact Minister for Women @SenKatyG and tell her to amend the Act. [email protected] [email protected] @MGrahMcIntosh Biological reality is not optional. #FixTheSDA 💜🤍💚

BBC PAID HIM 6X MORE. THE TRIBUNAL SAID THAT WAS ILLEGAL. Samira Ahmed @SamiraAhmedUK presented Newswatch on @BBC for years. Same format. Same length. Same job. Read viewer feedback on camera, wrap it up, go home. Jeremy Vine @theJeremyVine did exactly the same thing on Points of View. She got £440 per episode. He got £3,000. Ahmed spent years trying to fix it quietly through internal BBC processes. The BBC said there was no problem. She filed for tribunal. In January 2020, the tribunal ruled unanimously in her favour. The BBC could not explain the difference. They tried. They argued Vine needed "a glint in the eye" and to be "cheeky." The tribunal said that was not a skill. It was a story the BBC told itself. The total underpayment was close to £700,000. Sarah Montague, another BBC woman, settled separately for around £400,000. The National Union of Journalists flagged around 70 more cases waiting resolution internally. After Ahmed won, 700 BBC women received pay rises. The BBC's statement after losing? They regretted it had gone to tribunal. Not that they paid a woman six times less than a man for the same work for years. Just that it became public. Sources: @guardian, @BBC, @IFJGlobal, Others

This is human trafficking The buying & selling of newborn babies Law breaking Utterly abhorrent, dangerous child abuse #ThisIsSurrogacy
Returning to this from Argentina, after receiving some advice, we share further information on the 7 Examples, but with no identifying details: Example 1 - a couple planned to return home with a newborn but postponed their departure for fear of being caught at the border as no travel authorisation had been obtained from the surrogate mother. They planned to cross the border with the surrogate mother in case the police asked questions. Example 2 - a couple planned to return to their home with the baby but the surrogate mother’s travel authorisation had not even been requested. Example 3 - a couple arrived in Argentina to collect a baby and had not departed by their planned date. One of the commissioning fathers was reportedly on paternity leave, despite not being the child’s genetic or legally recognised father and he faced a potential employment issue if he did not return to work. Example 4 - a couple left Argentina by travelling by boat to one country, then flying to another, before returning to their home country to avoid questions at immigration. Example 5 - a couple travelled overland to exit Argentina before continuing their journey for the same reasons. Example 6 - a single woman planned to marry the surrogate mother, forcing her into a same-sex marriage, as a means of facilitating the child’s departure from Argentina. Example 7 - a single woman left Argentina with a child having followed a similar strategy. In several of the above examples, foreign commissioning parents were given Argentinian SIM cards by the agencies, in case the police seized their foreign phones. This suggests to us there were expectations of questions being asked so ‘solutions’ were put in place to facilitate the trafficking of a newborn babies. Do you see it yet?
