Their mom left $800,000. Split equally between four kids. Simple. Clean. Done. Except: One brother had borrowed $60,000 from mom over the years. Never repaid. One sister had Power of Attorney the last 4 years and managed all the finances. One brother lived across the country and showed up once. One sister was there every single week for 6 years. "Equal" split: $200,000 each. The one who was there every week got the same as the one who showed up once. They haven't spoken since the check cleared. The $60,000 in unpaid loans? "That was a gift," he said. The sister with POA? Two siblings hired a lawyer to review every transaction. Legal bills: $90,000. Net to each sibling after legal fees: $177,500. "Equal" is a number. "Fair" is a conversation you should have while you are healthy. Hypothetical composite example. Not personalized legal or financial advice.

Yo TUCKER. You’re out here blaming LEBANESE CHRISTIANS for starting the war. Are you serious right now? 1975. PLO gets kicked out of Jordan, floods into Lebanon, sets up armed camps, turns the south into a launchpad for rockets at Israel, runs a state within a state until the whole place explodes. Phalange retaliates after Palestinians try to assassinate their leader…yeah that was the spark but the powder keg was PLO militancy tearing the country apart. Then Hezbollah forms in ’82 after Israel moves in to stop the madness and now they’re the ones firing thousands of rockets. But sure Tucker blame the Christians. Who handed you that garbage, Qatar’s PR team with a briefcase full of cash. Do better. Actually read history instead of reading whatever script they slide across the table. 🙄🇶🇦💸🇱🇧 @tedcruz was right about you @TuckerCarlson #TuckerQatarScript We lived through multiple October 7s at the hands of the Palestinian militias and Hezbollah so kindly sanitize your filthy mouth before you discuss us and our country in public.

Neuroscientist study reveals that Gen Z has become the first generation to be less intelligent than its predecessor, the Millennials. For the first time in 100 years, young people are scoring lower than their parents on IQ tests and core skills like memory, reading, and focus. This is happening mainly in the US and Europe. The main cause appears to be excessive screen time and digital device use, particularly in schools and social settings. While some suggest Gen Z is just developing different skills, research shows actual declines in fundamental problem-solving abilities.

To say that Prime Big 4 wasn’t as good as Alcaraz/Sinner, is like saying Prime Mike Tyson would have lost to Anthony Joshua. It’s pure conjecture but essentially click bait because trust me, Prime Stan wins vs Alcaraz/Sinner. No one peaked like Stan. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but that doesn’t mean the opinion is correct.

Many people seem to forget that Alexander Zverev has been a type 1 diabetic since childhood and that it is much more difficult for him to play, especially in hot temperatures, than it is for a healthy player. High temperatures increase the risk of blood sugar fluctuations, cardiovascular problems and other complications in people with diabetes. Because the blood vessels dilate, insulin works faster, which can lead to hypoglycaemia. At the same time, sweating leads to fluid loss, which causes blood sugar to rise and puts strain on the heart and kidneys. Typical symptoms of heat stress include severe exhaustion, shortness of breath, headaches, dizziness, nausea and increased or absent sweating. Zverev had mentioned these issues during his medical timeouts in his match against Shelton yesterday and today against Alcaraz. Source: klinik-hietzing.gesundheitsv…
It's astonishing, at this stage, that the commentators have no conception that diabetics struggle in the heat a lot more than non-diabetics. The heat makes your blood sugar fluctuate like mad. They're just, like, "he seems to be struggling again ..." 🙄
