This is not progress that an underpass was built in 45 days. The progress means how many underpasses are abolished to allow public transport and pedestrian crossings. How many signals were added to stop cars. Singnal free coordidors is not an urban agenda. This is an agenda to support housing societies.
How much improvement in ai quality? Howuch increase in the number of public transport trips? Howa y housing units added in a city for youth, women and lower middle class. How many new businesses established in a city? How many new jobs created. This is urban agenda. Not building underpasses.

I hoped it was fake news.
But Dawn itself confirms it: ECC just approved Rs 1.094 billion for a luxury executive jet (Lineage L-1000) for the Pakistan Army.
Meanwhile, according to the WB Oct 26 report: 48% of Pakistanis — roughly 120 million people — lived below the $4.20/day poverty line in 2024.
What’s missing here?
Is it unpatriotic to notice the gap?
