Buy 3kg of chicken. Remove the bones. Boil the meat, and air fry Portion it into 7 places, and keep in the fridge. That's easily 100g of protein daily for 7 days. Add 2 eggs daily for extra Use the bones to make chicken broth soup. Use it to satisfy your night cravings, cos it makes you full. Pick 2 carb sources for the week. One fruit daily Rinse and repeat. I did this for a friend 2 months ago, and he has repeated it till now. He looks totally different Eating healthy isn't complicated. You just have to be willing. You're welcome 🤗
