🇨🇦 IMMIGRATION: Approximately 3.9 MILLION people granted permanent residency between 2016 and August 2026, including people already living in Canada.
🏠 HOUSING: Average Canadian home price surged from $433,649 in September 2015 to $666,538 in September 2026. That’s a 54% increase.
🛒 GROCERIES: Food prices up 33% since September 2020. Lower inflation doesn’t reverse years of price increases.
💼 UNEMPLOYMENT: 6.5% nationally. Youth unemployment at 13%. Canada lost 68,000 jobs in September 2026 alone.
