will work for Mars colony land, SpaceX galactic credits, whatever 🤣 @petersellis @elonmusk @benjitaylor

"build me a floating panel with parameters I can tweak as if I was working in Figma to dial in the [element here]"
move sliders.
"ok lock in those values and remove the panel"
i just spawn figma tools in code when you need them lol 😅

If we only use AI to make the things that we already make, just faster, then we're definitely missing out on the most interesting part.
From my talk at @lennysan’s Summit, here are four ideas for raising the ceiling, not just the floor:
- Have a point of view [5:38]
- Encode your standards into the machine [9:07]
- Don't confuse done with good [12:21]
- Unleash creativity and artistry [16:19]

so nice, lots of options and details 🤌
Launching the 💎 Timeless Typeface Family
One super family of Grotesk, Sans, Serif and Text, all variable with matching italics. Free to use.
We’ve been working on this for a couple years now, hope you enjoy them
Everyone deserves beautiful typography. timeless.co/type
Everyone ships a UI sound kit. 14 sounds, 50 sounds, same tap on every site.
So I built one that generates them procedurally instead.
Never the same kit as anyone else.
Trained on thousands of curated sounds, remixed by engines that learned my taste, synthesized live in the browser. More on how it works below.

We built an agent that powers our company's internal operations called @𝚟.
Every day-to-day job at Vercel now involves @𝚟. It's growing exponentially both in daily interactions and token use.
One can extrapolate to the day AI agents run entire companies from here. It's an expert in finance, comms, docs, marketing, engineering, business analytics. It's seeded by the skills we gave it and we update, but it's also constantly improving.
It already keeps memories and personalized workflows and schedules on a per-user basis. For example, I knew skills.sh hit 1M skills and I shared this on these forums because I asked @𝚟 to periodically check and remind me.
It's powered by and is also the basis for the design of @eve. We built this, it works fantastically well, we think every company should have it.
Before you @ me, I know you could also do this by picking your 'BigAI slack integration' du jour. But that's not your agent, that's their agent. If agents become the foundation of (and even synonymous with) modern companies, you being in complete control, from source → runtime → data → token, seems like a pretty big deal to me.

A weird experiment I've been trying the last few weeks is having Claude take over day-to-day maintenance of our apps. Seeing early signs of life that this might be possible.
The setup is straightforward: we have a Slack channel called proj-claude-maintains-apps. In it, Claude Tag runs a bunch of daily routines across iOS, Android, Desktop, web, CLI, and Agent SDK:
- Crash fuzzer: open the app in a simulator and tap around to find ways to crash it, then root cause and fix the crashes
- Dup unifier: scans the codebase for similar-yet-slightly-divergent abstractions, and puts up PRs to unify them
- Dead-code remover: removes statically unreachable code, and adds logging to suspected dead code to check if it's really dead and if so, remove it the next day
- Abstraction police: fixes leaky abstractions
- a bunch more..
Results have been surprisingly positive. Over the last few weeks, these routines have opened 388 PRs across our repos, 180 of which we merged after Claude Code Review + human review. We're now thinking about how to streamline this to make merging these kinds of mechanical changes easier.
Claude generally gets these PRs right on the first shot, and if it doesn't, we ask Claude to tune its routines so it's better the next day. Sometimes it takes a few days of tuning.
To try a similar workflow, ask Claude Code or Tag, or create some routines directly at claude.ai/code/routines. A few of the actual prompts I used below.
Has anyone experimented with similar workflows?
