The Mystic Alerts Act has officially been signed into law!
The tragedy at Camp Mystic changed countless families forever, including my own. My two granddaughters survived those devastating floods, but their cousin, Janie Hunt, tragically lost her life.
Nothing can bring back the lives lost that day, but we have a responsibility to act and I thank @POTUS for signing this important legislation into law and to my colleagues in Congress for coming together to help protect American families and prevent future tragedies.
