One wonders whether the USCCB could have had more influence on the Administration by not squandering their political capital on stuff like this over the last two years.
U.S. bishops are opposing proposed Census Bureau rule changes for the 2030 census, arguing that excluding noncitizens without lawful permanent resident status from the apportionment count would effectively deny them recognition as persons. ewtnnews.com/world/us/u-s-bi…

Thank you, President Trump!
Samuel Sey constantly mocks Catholics, refers to the Pope as the vicar of Satan, and claims the Blessed Virgin Mary is a "useless" sinner. Let us hope he truly finds Christ in Ghana.

Seventy pages of the worst “I dissent” nonsense for at least five Supreme Court justices to say there was never any standing. Your tax dollars hard at work!
Just in: Judge Ana Reyes blocked the Trump admin from cutting down or damaging trees on the East Potomac Park golf course while litigation continues. The court "does not speak for the trees," she wrote, referencing the Lorax, "only for the rule of law." storage.courtlistener.com/re…

This view is going to be repeated ad nauseum by the neverTrumpers over the next 2 years. No one cares about tariffs, or any of the BS that tickles their balls, but we do care about immigration and that will be the fault line.
This guy is a devout Christian who was granted protection from his home country because Islamist terrorists are trying to institute sharia law. He's lived here half his life. He's married to an American & has American kids. This is not who the government should be targeting.

The Sisters of Charity have a median age of 87 years old. No one has joined the community since the 1990s. It's just a bunch of leftist elderly women in pants. It will cease to exist in 10-20 years. They can safely be ignored.
NEW: An order of New York nuns founded in 1817 has rebuked the bishops who laid hands on President Trump 12 days before the midterms. “Images carry messages,” the Sisters of Charity wrote. “Silence carries messages, too.” The nuns have a powerful ally in Pope Leo XIV, who has put women at the center of his leadership. They now run three Vatican dicasteries, a larger share than in Trump’s cabinet. thelettersfromleo.com/p/new-…

Indiana: - Zero ranked wins - Lost to Ohio State at home w/ backup QB - Down 6-17 to Nebraska in the 4th - Went to OT vs Unranked Michigan Yet still somehow above Notre Dame. Laughable. IU are the biggest FRAUDS in college football

Batya’s real problem is Vance’s foreign policy. She’s just too dishonest to say so. That’s why she is going after Vance instead of Trump for doing the same exact thing. Just like she railed against Vance and not Trump when Trump announced a ceasefire with Iran.
When Vivek Ramaswamy put out his disgusting ad, many Republicans denounced it, thankfully proving themselves unwilling to roll around in the mud with him. But not everyone! VP Vance was more disgusted with his principled colleagues than with using the rape of a child for political gain. President Trump too defended the ad, calling it brave. He is wrong. It is debased to defend it. There just has to be a level beneath which we are not willing to sink.

We wouldn’t even have to do all that much to rename Bryan Park for Haines, either.
A number ran across while writing the Monday Morning Insider today: In five Big Ten games, Indiana opponents are averaging 1.97 yards per carry, across 180 attempts. #iufb

This is the tweet that puts Vivek over the top
I have bad news for everyone prattling on about Vivek Ramaswamy being Indian. He isn't. Vivek is a Natural-Born American of Indian Extraction. Feel free to cry about it. I'm sorry the Constitution happened to you.

If you remove 9/11, you can argue this is most important photograph and defining moment of the 21st century so far.

Whatever Hoover’s problem is, it’s a problem for sure.
I’ve been been doubting my eyes all season cause the advanced analytics said otherwise, but I’m now confident this team is a QB away from being unstoppable. Frustrating

Max Engling is the only choice for Indiana Secretary of State! Far-left extremist Beau Bayh worked in the Biden White House, shares donors with Socialist mayor Mamdani and the squad, and is bankrolled by millions from the Far Left including Illinois Governor JB Pritzker. He is a Trojan horse for radical Democrats to destroy election integrity and launch a takeover of Indiana. Max Engling represents the next generation of Republican leadership. He is the only candidate running to protect the integrity of Indiana's elections, require individuals to provide photo identification when they vote, and ensure American elections are for American citizens. He has my complete and total endorsement.

You will get the parish you want, even (especially?) if you don’t know you want it.
Parishes have very little for men Largely because the people who come up with ideas for men's events don't understand men

Why is he such a terrible candidate? I mean, golly, how hard is it just to keep saying “Trump Endorsed” and take pictures walking in a cornfield with “Ohio Values” on the screen?

This is what $40 trillion in debt, forever wars, open borders, woke bureaucracy, and offshoring of our jobs and industries looks like. In other words, substantial failure.
Certain people love posting the Young Guns cover, now they can post this. October 2007: Three backbench Members of Congress take the photo, launch the brand, and build momentum. Two Speakers. One VP Nominee; Chairman of Ways and Means. Two Majority Leaders. Two Whips. Largest landslide election win since 1946. Not bad for three rank-and-file Members. #DealWithIt
