Happy 58th birthday to Jamaica’s first female Olympic champion, Deon Hemmings!! 🥳🎉 Throughout her career, she accumulated World and Olympic medals in both the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay. Hemmings also had a fierce rivalry with the likes of 🇺🇸’s Kim Batten, as seen here during a race at ISTAF Berlin in 1997.

They are actually filled with nitrogen gas. Oxygen causes oxidation which makes the food stale or rancid. Nitrogen doesn’t react so the food stays fresh.

We went to a restaurant in Ocho Rios. The menu says $3500 for fish. We ordered 2. The lady came back showing us the fish saying it’s $8500 each So I asked why the menu says $3500? She said they’re out of that size. Next table comes in. She showed them fish for $3500 each
