If someone were to say we must mourn members of the Nazi Party who lost their lives alongside the victims of the Holocaust they’d be rightfully derided. But for Palestinians, they cannot have a moment in which their lives are not tied to their colonizers, even in death.

Ha'aretz reports that Hamas, through Qatar, conveyed immediately on Oct. 7 that they were willing to return all the civilian hostages for nothing -- their only ask was for a mediator to arrange the exchange and establish a connection to then negotiate the further release of the soldiers. Israel refused to talk or hear about it.
So Qatar reached out to Antony Blinken to let him know that Hamas was willing to release all the civilian hostages.
Blinken told Qatar he didn't want to hear it because "Israel is still under attack, and there's no one to talk to."
Blinken had the opportunity to free every single civilian hostage and de-escalate the situation. Instead he wanted war.

A year ago on this day, the most moral army in the world, executed at close range 15 paramedics in Gaza and then buried them along with their ambulances. IDF of course lied about it, as they ALWAYS DO, until video evidence proved as such. Zero accountability to date.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog told CNN when asked about the strike on a girls’ elementary school in southern Iran that, according to Iranian media, has killed 165 people, most of them girls aged 7 to 12.
He said he was “trying to verify” the reports but did not provide further details.
GeoConfirmed, an OSINT group that verifies footage through geolocation, says the destroyed school in Minab, Hormozgan Province, was located near an IRGC naval base that was also struck in the same wave of airstrikes.
The group says there is no evidence the explosion was caused by a failed IRGC missile launch, and that the more plausible explanation, based on available evidence, is that the school was hit during the broader strikes on the base.

Today, Los Angeles and the Bay Area will see 130 flights in both directions, equivalent to a plane departing every 6.5 minutes for 18 hours a day. You might not like it’s implementation but to say California doesn’t merit high speed rail is just laughable imo.
