Challenges to federal legitimacy, a proposed shift toward Democratic governors, and a “Block” strategy combining litigation with street mobilization. Think about how fucking dangerous that becomes if political operatives decide they can declare an elected government illegitimate whenever their preferred conditions are met. Who determines when public distrust becomes a constitutional emergency? Who decides which governors deserve recognition? Who gave these self-appointed guardians of democracy the authority to make those decisions?
