Please don't quit your job and go "all in". Find an hour each day to grow a side project. Replace 60% of your current income while trending in the right direction. Then make your move. Almost always a better decision.

A bigger product isn't automatically a better product. The goal isn't to add features just because they sound impressive. It's to understand the user, solve the immediate problem reliably and expand only when there's a good reason. That's the approach we're taking as we build.

Meet Tymly – Your Helpful Chronoguide. We're starting with a desktop countdown timer designed to help teams keep speaking slots on track. Our focus extends beyond the countdown itself: we're exploring how better tools can support event coordination. tymlyhub.netlify.app/

While you’re overthinking, others are posting. While you’re perfecting every word, others are posting one-liners. While you worry what people will say, others are cashing out. You win when you become one of the “others.” Simple.

Please I beg you, invest in proper research; product, market, user, brand research. You don’t know as much as you think you do I promise you.

You don't become a better developer by watching tutorials forever. At some point, you have to close the video, open your editor, and build something yourself. Struggle is part of the process. That's where the real learning happens.

A person who can generate ideas and ship quickly is valuable. A person who can generate ideas, ship, observe what happens, understand the consequences and make thoughtful decisions is considerably harder to replace.

Winning is subjective btw. We all have different starting points, and different definitions of success. What looks like an ordinary life to you might be someone else’s biggest dream come true. Some people just want peace of mind, financial stability, a healthy family, or the freedom to live life on their own terms. At the end of the day, the only person who gets to define what winning means for you is you.

Original thinking doesn't always mean inventing something nobody has imagined. It can also mean recognizing a problem or opportunity from a perspective others have overlooked.

Today is a reminder not to tolerate the APC government. We have the opportunity for change next January. For once, put your vote/money where your mouth is.

Hello, everyone. I am Temiloluwa Folahanmi, a 500L Mechanical Engineering student at Obafemi Awolowo University. I just completed my 6-month internship at Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited, an Oil and Gas company located in Ikoyi, Lagos. I'm thinking of hosting a 2- or 3-day X Space where students from different schools and departments who have just concluded their internship can come together to share experiences, rant, and learn from one another. We'd also invite recent graduates to speak to us about life after IT, including final-year projects. That way, we don't get lost and we can do things right. We'll hear from them, ask questions, and get answers. The Space will be free and open to everyone to join. It will happen in a couple of weeks. Is this something you'd love to be a part of? Kindly repost for more people to see.

The programme says the next speaker should start at 11:30 AM. It's 11:37 AM. The current speaker is still talking. The next speaker is waiting backstage. The event manager is trying to decide what to adjust. This is why managing time at an event involves more than schedules.

What's the biggest reason events run late? A. Speakers exceed their allotted time. B. Transitions take too long. C. The programme wasn't realistic to begin with. D. Poor coordination between the people running the event. What's your experience? #eventmanagement

Scammers are getting smarter, so I built something for it. NotiShield: a free Android app that warns you the moment a scam message hits your phone, before you click anything. Testing phase is live. Here's how to try it 🧵
