Watch. He will take a credit for the Market bouncing back.
“The Stock Market suffered one of the Worst Days in History based on the results of the Election. Such a sad thing to watch! It took so much work to get us to a level that no one has ever seen before, and then this. Your 401(k)s have, therefore, dropped. Remember, it wasn’t Republicans, it was Dumocrats...”

Watching all these Republican attempts to explain why they lost the election is painful, because they cannot come out and say one simple truth. They handed the party to a corrupt, criminal, dictator-loving, economic and strategic idiot--who proceeded to be all of these things.
You could have won
Now that the midterms are over, let me correct the record.
-I wasn't handpicked by Chuck Schumer. I didn't even talk to the man until after I announced.
I’m not sure exactly what a corporate or establishment Dem is, but I’m pretty sure it’s not a first-time candidate or a career military guy. Call me a moderate, I’ll take it. I always think big, but I don’t let idealism get in the way of getting a job done. I’m practical and would take Medikids and lower age limits for Medicare to expand healthcare and drive down costs over nothing at all. In 2028 after a Dem trifecta, I expect bold moves.
-Be an asshole and call me a carpetbagger! So I moved here four years ago, AFTER SERVING IN THE FOR 21 years. I'm here with my family, raising my daughter, and caring for my elderly parents in SoFlo. I decided to run because it was clear that the midterms would trigger a Blue Tsunami, because Trump sucks. And I saw a path to win the general election. I jumped-in to help. Call it a call to serve. Same one from a lifetime of service.
Let's just say I was very skeptical, because hey its Florida, but I wasn't going to sit on my ass when the stakes were so high.
No I didn’t move to Florida to run for Senate! 🙄
-I have some regrets, but even in losing, I delivered 1.5M to Florida candidates and to races that would have otherwise been left short-changed. I feel that in some small way I pitched in to help break the super majorities in the Florida House and Senate.
-I invested 3M in total to campaigns and parties around the country including Iowa, Ohio, Alaska, etc., including in Kansas and South Carolina when few were looking there.
-I wish I had chosen to outspend Angie 20, 10, or even 5 to 1 on the primary. I only spend 2:1 on the primary. Obviously a HUGE mistake. I was too focused on defeating Moody and building real democratic power.
-Angie was tireless in making her case to primary voters, while I was trying to connect with potential crossover voters without first securing my base.
-I neglected to heed the old maxim always fight and finish the battle in front of you.
-I never took a penny from AIPAC. Those claiming otherwise, when they knew better, were playing to the old Jewish dual allegiance troupe.
Everyone likes to make fun of Tom Lee as a permabull and he turns out to be right all the time. What’s up with this?
On today's carnage
To me, this really "smells" of forced liquidation as an aftershock from 'blue tsunam' 🧢🌊
think of size of shock = combo of:
➡️tariff shock of 2025 --> blue tsunami "shock" 🧢🌊
➡️deepseek moment 2025 --> AI "super intelligence" bad
➡️situtational awareness of June 2026 --> ➡️several large hedge funds liquidating
Each of these prior shocks took time (only days) to "bottom"
- each of these prior shocks was a major buying opportunity
These shocks do not change the AI story:
➡️demand = strong due to major AI discoveries
➡️supply = there is no new "competitor" to AI or the bottleneck
➡️speed = there might be a 'speed bump' but a speed bump = oppty
This shock will soon pass

Fundstrat's Tom Lee says today's crash looks like Liberation Day plus DeepSeek, and he's heard stories of large hedge funds being liquidated
"I think there are stories of some large hedge funds actually being liquidated now"
"The longest it took to bottom was three days"
"Then it was a V-shaped symmetrical recovery with some six month gains of over 20%"
Lee pointed to the Korea overnight session and the blue wave policy shock while the Nasdaq was down about 5% and $SMH sank, comparing it to the tariff and DeepSeek selloffs ($QQQ $SMH $NVDA)
When the stories turn to forced selling, the question is how fast the bottom comes

Hedge funds can run 20-100x leverage on US Treasuries via near-zero repo haircuts and low futures margins, versus typical 2-5x on equities or traditional assets—often 10-50 times higher.
Scotty B (Bessent) declared himself the house in Sept over interventions. His buybacks and issuance shifts have been felt, but yields still climbed; he later noted the house doesn't win every hand. Presence registered, markets still testing.
Words of the wise Jewish rabbi
Haley Stevens: "I have stood with the Jewish community when it was easy and when it was hard, and I am not going to stop now."
Me: 60% of Jewish voters in Michigan voted for El Sayed.
What she calls "the Jewish community" doesn't exist. It is a concept used to manipulate us. We fiercely disagree and oppose each other. That's not a community. But that's how it is.
Haley Stevens and others like her are obsessed with fantasy Jews and don't see the real ones all around them, such as former U.S. Rep. Andy Levin who she took millions in AIPAC money to kick out of Congress.
Ze is so smart!
The topic of Taurus missiles is a sensitive one. Let me explain why. This will be both an explanation and an answer to some skeptics who say: “We help Ukraine, but what is Ukraine doing for us?” Here is an example. The IRIS-T air defense system. An excellent German system, and we are grateful to its manufacturers. Every type of defense is important for Ukraine, but it is also important for German industry.
We have made IRIS-T the world’s number one system after the Patriot, which is an anti-ballistic system. Today, it costs somewhere between $600,000 and around $1 million to $1.5 million. That’s the result of this war. We have also helped address all the problem areas, because only in a real war can you truly eliminate the weaknesses of a particular defense system. Germany now has orders backed up for 10 to 20 years. The cost of a missile has gone up severalfold, even by tens of times. And all of this means jobs.
Why do we want to order Taurus missiles? Because when the Americans were unable to supply us with anti-ballistic interceptors for our air defense, we were left with only one option: to destroy Russian launchers. They have built entire launch sites and are killing us, while we have no way to defend ourselves. These are not civilian targets, infrastructure, or energy facilities. That is why we really wanted to order Taurus missiles. And not simply to order them, but, once again, to test them as well. It benefits both sides.

🚨 NEW: Florida GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna just announced she will no longer take corporate PAC money or any special interest money tied to foreign policy.
She’s previously received donations from AIPAC and United Democracy Project (both pro-Israel PACs).
And just like that, JD Vance started tweeting in normal civilized English that we all can understand. It only took one big old ass-whooping from America.
One of the things the data analysts on our side obsessed over was "composition"—whether the electorate looked close enough to 2024 for Republicans to win. And despite polls that showed a Democrat blowout, the data kept on telling us the same story: in some states turnout was merely OK, in other states it was downright amazing, and in no state was it catastrophic. There was a genuine sense of optimism on our team: our people were showing up.
So, I asked the smartest data guy I know, does that mean we're going to shock the world? "No," he told me. "We might do better than the polls suggest. But the data is telling us that a lot of Trump/Vance 2024 voters are pissed and planning to vote for the other guys. Our voters are turning out, but they may not vote for us."
Well, that looks prophetic now. Our voters did show up. In Florida, for example, the electorate was 9 points more Republican than Democrat, just a couple points worse than 2024. Undoubtedly there were places we could have done better on turnout. But the main problem is not turnout. The main problem is that many people who voted for Trump/Vance in 2024 voted for Democrats in 2026.
There will be a lot of infighting and arguing over what happened and why that is. One of the pollsters I really respect told me that our economic messaging wasn’t sharp enough down the stretch. I’m sure that’s true.
But the real reason we lost is obvious to almost everyone.
Another pollster—one of the smartest people I know in politics, told me yesterday we’d lose the generic ballot by 13 points. I felt negative going into Tuesday, but even I was shocked by this. In his polling, he saw that a lot of Trump 2024 voters were angry and planning to vote for Democrats. He asked those voters who had abandoned us what would cause them to come back on our team. The top four answers, accounting for nearly all of the responses were:
1) End the war
2) Focus on cost of living/inflation
3) Put America First
4) Change our relationship to Israel
Our voters showed up. And the above four reasons are why many of them voted for Democrats. This is according to a pollster who nailed the results. While many spent Monday attacking Rachel Campos Duffy for calling for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict, it turns out her political advice was sound. (She’s also a great person.)
In the next few months, there's going to be a lot of gaslighting. Expect to hear any number of establishment politicians say the solution to our woes is amnesty. I'm open to the idea that we should change enforcement—by focusing more on businesses that hire illegal labor, for instance. But anyone pushing amnesty is lying to you.
The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night.
If you'd like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it, then do so. Argue it was a worthwhile cost to pay. Agree or disagree, that's at least honest.
But everyone knows why we lost. And any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there.
I remain hopeful about our country. To the people who are pissed off and want to say, “I told you so”: you’re right, you did tell us so. Take that energy into electing Republicans who share your worldview. To the people who are just pissed at the results, you should be. Let’s take that anger and get back to the work of saving our country.

Posting a longer cut of Ron DeSantis dropping some truth bombs about the state of the Republican Party after last night's blue tsunami. Hard to argue with any of this to be honest.
