We definitely need to explain this in detail. Veterans of the cellular industry look at the chess board of existing pieces and don’t see a solution. They don’t understand that SpaceX is developing entirely new pieces that fundamentally alter the strategic landscape.

Try Grok @Bot, you will love it!
I've been GrokBot pilled. First of all, Grok knows me better than other bots, like Meta Muse, thanks to the 300,000 posts I've done here for 20 years. But now that GrokBot @bot can read lists, it opens up powerful new personalized news capabilities. I've done this for about a year over on alignednews.com -- but last month my X API bill alone was $6,000. For a couple of hundred a month you can do the same with lists, either you create, or ones other people have created. Last night I stuck in my "best in AI" list and had it write me this news page: docs.google.com/document/d/1… Every hour my bot reads that list and builds me a new news page. Now I've only put about 10 minutes of effort into this so far. So it's not the prettiest thing you ever have seen, but my bots are working on other ways to present them to me. And you can do the same for any topic you care about. You just need to build a list, or find one that's already built and there are millions of lists here on X on literally any topic. Put your favorite football team onto a list, along with all your favorite journalists or other fans. Then have Grok bot read them for you. And that's just the start. You can have it write you a script based on the news, then copy that into, say, @Gemini_Notebook and then you get a podcast, or a video. Based on what people are saying on your topic here on X. Thank you so much X for making lists far more powerful than they ever were before. Makes the thousands of hours I've put into mine over 20 years so much more useful. Tips? Start small. You can chew through your tokens very quickly. It's amazing how good it is with a small list, like this one, which is what created the page up above: xitter.cf/i/lists/19535363366753… (Best AI accounts I've found out of 70,000 here on X). Don't over hit it. You only need your bot to read the list every hour. Maybe even less. If anything is really important it gets reshared into lists, so the bot doesn't need to hit it often to build you a really great set of things that are important to pay attention to. I've been begging for this capability for years. THANK YOU X!

Grok @Bot can help protect and fix your credit rating. Just ask it to do so!
I had a friend run this Grok Bot I built for them a few weeks ago and guess what? 7 entires from a scammer that took over his credit. $65,000+ of defaulted credit! Grok Bot is fixing this. Get it: x.ai/bot/vY1eft-dZTKssiaUQvJ… you will not be disappointed!

Counting bumblebees one-by-one 😂
California hasn't built its bullet train because the state has required 130,000 pages of environmental reports, making absurd demands like: • counting bumblebees one by one • rebuilding woodrat stick huts • hiring specialized dogs to sniff lizard scat

“Lack of electricity” is an oversimplification. Everything is hard about bringing massive compute online at extremely high speed. If there was twice as much time, this would be relatively easy, but there is not.
Former $GOOGL employee on why data center capacity and electricity are the real bottlenecks, not GPU production itself, and how unreliable some of the neoclouds are ($AMZN, $GOOGL, $MSFT, $NVDA): 1. According to the expert, open-source models are closing the gap with frontier models faster than expected, with customers increasingly replacing Anthropic and OpenAI models in multi-agent architectures with open-source alternatives starting from Q2 of this year. The shift started with simple tasks like tool calling and MCP, but has moved up the stack to low-level orchestration. 2. The expert identifies capacity as the biggest constraint at the moment, with certain companies' traffic growing 5x while GPU availability, particularly in the U.S. where latency requirements are tightest, simply cannot keep up. Sourcing capacity overseas in Asia or Australia is technically possible but adds latency that most customers will not accept. 3. Hyperscalers offer reliability but are expensive, require multi-year commitments of three or more years, and have limited availability of the latest hardware, with customers already chasing B300s. AI-native companies tend to gravitate toward neoclouds due to hyperscaler pricing and contract rigidity, but neoclouds come with their own reliability issues, with GPUs dropping off unexpectedly and requiring engineering resources to manage fleet stability around the clock. 4. The third tier consists of smaller independent operators who have invested in GPU racks, seeing the opportunity to lease out capacity and recoup costs within a year or two, with the remainder being pure profit. The expert describes these as essentially unusable in practice, with operators who do nothing more than find land, install racks, connect electricity, and set up cooling, with no real cloud management, maintenance, or operational expertise behind them. 5. The expert expects overall GPU availability to increase meaningfully over the next year or two, with $NVDA continuing to ramp production. The real bottleneck is not GPUs themselves but data center capacity and electricity in the U.S. On the supply side, the expert also sees players $SPCX beginning to lease out spare capacity to the market, with more likely to follow. 6. The expert notes that U.S.-based neoclouds typically require 20-30% prepayment upfront, with the remainder paid monthly or quarterly over the contract term, and rebates negotiated at the end for any reliability incidents like traffic loss. APAC-based providers operate differently, with no prepayment required at all. found on @AlphaSenseInc

BREAKING: Southwest Airlines now has 47 aircraft equipped with Starlink, with its entire fleet expected to be connected by fall 2027. Southwest’s Chief Customer and Brand Officer Tony Roach praised @Starlink: “The response we’ve gotten from customers flying on Starlink aircraft has been overwhelmingly positive, so our mission is, let’s get it out to everybody quickly.”

Old friends are the best friends. Jensen rocks. The Star Mind computer being co-engineered by SpaceX and Nvidia is far better than almost anyone expects and will reach volume production next year. Working with the incredibly talented Nvidia engineering team is pure joy!
Jensen Huang says he loves working with Elon Musk, and reveals their engineering teams are designing a new type of server to put data centers in space “I’m delighted that I love working with Elon. He’s using our technology for his own AI in training models and such, deploying models, of course." "Grok Bot is super cool. The demand for Grok Bot, the consumption for Grok Bot is really skyrocketing. And then, of course, he rents it." "And so the combination of these three things, he’s fairly unique in doing that. I guess Google does that. That would be yet another example." "And so I think he also has the advantage that he loves the intersection between computing and the physical buildouts. He loves that whole area. Nobody knows more about energy than he does." "One particular new market that we’re going to go explore together is putting data centers out in space. Our two engineering teams are working super closely together to create a new type of server, a new type of architecture that might be super good in space and on Earth.”
