Ukraine is unlikely to regain all its territories, and the war will end in compromise — NATO chief According to Mark Rutte, a complete victory for either side in Russia’s war against Ukraine is unlikely. The conflict will most likely end with a peace agreement requiring compromises. However, Rutte stressed that Ukraine alone must decide the terms of any potential peace deal. He also warned that Russia would continue to pose a threat to Europe even after the war ends.

Oil traders are seeking approval from the US government to use some tankers that were sanctioned for their involvement in shipping illicit oil, in an effort to address a vessel crunch and lower prices. At least four companies, including Trafigura Group, Vitol Group, Mercuria Energy Group Ltd., and Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. are in discussions with US officials for licenses that would allow them to purchase or lease some ships that are blacklisted by the US government, according to people with knowledge of the matter. #oott bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

Ukraine's most powerful law enforcement agency (the SBU) coordinated with transnational organized crime to organize: - Contracted beatings and torture in Ukraine and the EU - Production of counterfeit euros (sent to EU countries) - Scam call centres defrauding mainly EU citizens - Drug trafficking in Ukraine Senior Ukrainian law enforcement officers then sent their mafia 'brothers' photographs from within European law enforcement meetings. These were meetings dedicated to investigating said crimes. eventsinukraine.substack.com…

Putin does not have a veto over European security. Any agreement to end the war must prevent Russia from re-arming and re-attacking. This is why earlier this year, I put forward a paper with core demands towards Moscow, which was discussed by EU Foreign Ministers. This should be the basis for any negotiations. Concessions should be on the aggressor, not on the victim. My press remarks in Warsaw alongside @sikorskiradek and @andrii_sybiha ↓

Just two hours of light since 7 AM, and no light for the rest of the waking hours. That's the blackout plan for our apartment in the center of Kyiv, a relatively privileged area. In the last 72 hours, we had water for maybe half the time. And November has just begun, the situation is going to get worse as winter progresses. If Russian attacks continue at this pace, we could reach the point where in Ukraine's capital there will be electricity only for essential services

1) Taurus is in no way optimized for prosecuting time-sensitive, mobile targets, including Russian ballistic missile launchers. 2) Using them for mobile launcher hunting would actually be an extreme waste of the missile. 3) Germany will not deliver Taurus to Ukraine. That ship has long sailed.
Taurus are ideal for striking Russian launchers. The missiles will be tested in combat conditions if an agreement is reached with Germany.

☨🇨🇵☨ Sources : © @Inafr_officiel musee-armee.fr/echo-du-dome/…
