Shipwrecked? You’re really going to appeal to that authority? Interestingly dumb. Your first statement is true only with massive qualifications- essentially limiting it to the process due in immigration proceedings. Your second is just flat out false. The 5th protects all “persons” including illegally present persons and the Supreme Court has repeatedly so held. Stopping for even half a fucking second would show you that - an illegal who commits a crime gets … a trial. Why? Because the fifth amendment applies. Being this fucking dumb is not a crime and should not be, but it is cause for laughter and mockery. Enjoy your day and stop listening to dipshits.

Stating it pompously is a very silly way of pretending you’re correct. You are not - and it’s not close.
Putting all of these in one bucket may be analytically suspect, but at least we can drown them all at once.
There are five factions in the new GOP:
- Restorationists
- Tech Accelerationists
- Populists
- Christian Nationalists
- Common Gooders
@JDVance is the only figure who can bridge all of them around one shared cause: reversing mass migration.

Please explain how firing such a professor for activities in your scenario is consistent with the First Amendment, assuming we're dealing with a state actor university? Be sure to cite cases in support rather than simply being outraged.
"Why would I deceive you?"
Hi @nathanfielder, not sure if you take recommendations, but You Can See Everything was so good it deserves a sequel. Same genre, different founder.
Almost everyone gets tired of it as an exclusive diet, but I still love working with balls on the chopping block shorts.

Renaming required political support as “fidelity” is a very woke-type move.
Despite what we provided to this outlet, they chose to both completely misrepresent what we provided and run with a false narrative.
Specifically, they misrepresented the concept of "fidelity." "Fidelity" refers to upholding the Constitution and the law and executing policy with loyalty to the American people and their interests.
It emphasizes the critical importance of service, integrity, and policy alignment across the Foreign Service.
It is not about partisan behavior but rather about executing the President’s vision for foreign policy.
