So many of "us" that have been broken, damed, abused & destroyed underestimated the light within us, to stand tall, to take our light & shine it together ❤️ with other women who fought to survive, those before us fought with their inspirational light to change our lives.
When you have survived being completely destroyed by the family court, and you have not only got back up, rebuilt your life, helped other victims, and fought towards changing laws to change the very system that destroyed you, your internal light must be burning so brightly and powerfully, no external force can blow it out. Survivors who thrive are one hell of a force. Keep shining my friends ✨️

Just saying …. So is unlawful child removal as the alternative option when they are ‘unsurprisingly’ unable to do so without life altering consequences.

Today is the beginning of @DrProudman sham trial against her by the BSB. I have given a statement for the case about the blatant targeting of Charlotte for YEARS.
All my love beaut, I’m so so sorry I can’t be there to give you a massive hug and stand there by your side today.
No matter what happens, you are an amazing human being and you have saved and improved so many lives.
We love you, and we all know what this ‘trial’ is. We know this is a witch hunt.
You have changed the lives of so many women and children who will never ever forget what you have done for them.

If blowing on your son’s penis, chasing two women with machetes, physical abuse, threatening to behead the mother and stab her in the eye with a needle is not a barrier to unsupervised contact what is?!

VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN DECLARED A NATIONAL THREAT: Reem Alsalem, UN Special Rapporteur, releases preliminary findings:
"institutional violence perpetuated against mothers and children in family courts and the colossal failure of justice continue to be of grave concern," and, "it is important that the UK moves to urgently and swiftly prohibit the use of parental alienation and related pseudo-science concepts"

We believe that the scandal of the “family courts” is another Rotherham, but on a global scale and firmly embedded in the Establishment.
From the Executive Summary of the Rotherham Report:
“Within social care, the scale and seriousness of the problem was underplayed by senior managers. At an operational level, the Police gave no priority to CSE, regarding many child victims with contempt and failing to act on their abuse as a crime. Further stark evidence came in 2002, 2003 and 2006 with three reports known to the Police and the Council, which could not have been clearer in their description of the situation in Rotherham. The first of these reports was effectively suppressed because some senior officers disbelieved the data it contained. This had led to suggestions of coverup. The other two reports set out the links between child sexual exploitation and drugs, guns and criminality in the Borough. These reports were ignored and no action was taken to deal with the issues that were identified in them.”
Thank you @AdvocateHalley: we are reading your Note to the SCAI.

Cafcass officers are a danger to the safeguarding of children. We are frequently seeing unqualified social workers making life changing decisions for children and families 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩#familycourt
#PracticeWeek is underway! Cafcass staff are taking part in learning events to develop their skills to support our work with children and families.

I totally agree with this and hope it will extend to rapists when looking at parental responsibility and the presumption of parental involvement regarding contact with children.
#jadeslaw
Adults who kill someone they share parental responsibility with will no longer have a say in key elements of their child’s life.
Under Jade’s Law, parental responsibility will be suspended upon sentencing - better protecting children & bereaved families.
