We finally conquered Europe!! 1600 kms of amazing terrain. We rode through 6 countries and I must say, everyone must try this challenge once in their lifetime. Crazy terrain, and amazing sights.

Long before Africa by Road, in which we travelled to a total of 15 (17 if you included repeats) in east & southern Africa, we travelled (in 2016) from Uganda to Zimbabwe and back in a Toyota Rav4 Short Chassis. We were literally on steroids, accomplishing that in just 21 days. 😤

We become donors of parts. This one needs some little panel beating, and s/he will roar back to life. Unlike some others, that I will not mention here. They know themselves.
If you drive an old car like we do, start your journeys early because you never when the car decides to remind you of its age. But we were fine here! Just a brief pitstop in Soroti City CBD before tackling 400km of on-and-off roading.
