I was probably already sick when I appeared on this show. Just 7 years later, I’d be dead. But I wasn’t gonna let these fascist shitheads have the last word.
At first, Julius Sleazer said he wanted to work with the new Dem-controlled Congress. But isn’t naming Stevie Mimmler chief of staff kind of like hiring Dracula to “work with” the local peasants?
BREAKING: Trump announced that chief of staff Susie Wiles is leaving her post and will be replaced by Stephen Miller.

These Bigots For Christ would be fine with taking over the country electorally if they could. But what they really want is the modern-day AmeriKKKan version of the Crusades — a fascist theocracy growing out of the barrel of a gun.

Sen. Susan Collins on why she lost:
“I was caught up in the Trump tsunami that swept away many incumbent Republican senators who have served their states well for many years and really care about our country.”
“Everybody ignores the fact that I voted to convict him in the second impeachment trial. What bigger break could there be? It is never enough. I want results and they want angry rhetoric.” Collins told The New York Times.

A word of advice to his congressional investigators: if FElon flouts your subpoenas, charge him with contempt and send a heavily armed contingent of officers to arrest him. There’s a limit to how much he can retaliate if he’s in handcuffs and leg irons.
Elon Musk has a warning for Democrats: if they investigate him after the midterm elections, he intends to retaliate.
His message is simple: those who come after him should expect consequences. Musk has also threatened to pursue the people he believes are really behind such investigations, not just the politicians involved.
But here's a question.
Why should a billionaire whose companies receive billions of dollars in federal contracts consider congressional oversight a threat?
If Musk's activities at DOGE, his business dealings, and his companies' government contracts are entirely legal and transparent, answering congressional questions should not be a problem.
SpaceX and other Musk-linked businesses have extensive financial relationships with the federal government. Taxpayers have every right to know whether those relationships involve conflicts of interest, preferential treatment, or improper influence.
Congressional oversight is not political persecution. It is a fundamental part of American democracy.
If investigations uncover serious violations, the government should examine whether existing contracts should continue, subject to applicable law.
And threatening retaliation against investigators raises questions of its own.
No billionaire is above the law. No government contractor is entitled to immunity from scrutiny. And no amount of money should buy protection from congressional accountability.
Government contracts are paid for by the American people. They are not a personal shield against the American people.

America needs to be reminded that democracy isn’t just putting an X or pulling a lever beside a collection of names every few years, it’s also dedication to the rule of law and EQUALITY before the law, no matter how rich or how white you are.
"This is a moment to focus on accountability and reimposing the rule of law.
When we talk about accountability we do not mean revenge, or payback, or retribution. We mean holding people accountable for breaking laws."
