I want to ask a question to every single person that just voted.
Do you really think, that this time, things are gonna change?
Whether or not your candidate won, when you placed your vote, did you sit there and think, "Yeah, this time, it'll be different?"
Now, let me ask you a different question:
What if the problem isn't the people we keep electing, but the system of power we're electing them into?
Here's a little secret:
If voting actually changed things, they wouldn't let you vote.
Look at the things that they don't let you do if you want to really find out where the control, where the power, and where the lever to actually change things is.
One of those place is "legal tender laws."
The US government does not let you use any other form of money than the US dollar when paying your taxes to the IRS.
And if you don't pay your taxes (in the US dollar), what do they do?
You're faced with the threat of violence. You're fined, your assets are seized, you're penalized, or you're sent to prison.
If you don't comply with their monetary monopoly, you're punished.
That's the system of control. That's the system of power. That's the thing that stays the same no matter what election cycle it is. The monetary monopoly.
So many people are furious. The video attached below speaks volumes. He's raging against the machine, furious and fed up with this constant circus of political theater and nonsense and corruption that he has to put up with on a day-to-day basis, while he just wants to live a normal, happy life, make some money, live peacefully, and do the things he loves with the people that he loves.
But he has to wake up in the morning and hear about the next war that we're going into, or the Democrats pointing at the Republicans for all of the problems, or the Republicans pointing at the Democrats for all of the problems.
It's a constant circus, and he's done with it. So many people are.
I get it. I get people being furious at what the politicians are doing.
But instead of asking, "How do we get someone different into office?"
The better question is:
What allows them to keep doing it?
I want you to see that it's *the money system* that allows this whole thing to sustain itself, to pervade itself into every little corner, nook, and cranny of society, and most especially into the top, to the authorities of our system, our reality, and our government.
That system has not changed for over a hundred years in America, and even longer than that if we're actually getting into the history of money.
That's why nothing changes.
Because the money hasn't changed.
We're reaching this point where it's like... How many elections need to come and go before we question this entire process, even the point of voting?
Because, one year it's the Republicans that are voted in, they do their thing, and the problems get even worse. Then the Democrats get into office, they do their thing, and the problems get even worse.
Democrat, Republican, left, right, left, right, left, right.
It doesn't matter.
We've had both sides for years and years and years, and they're only getting more extreme.
Nothing actually gets fixed. Nothing actually changes.
The truth is simple: our lives are not getting better as a result of this same process that we're repeating cycle and cycle and cycle and cycle and cycle and cycle again.
It becomes insane, and it ALREADY IS INSANE, to expect different outcomes from the same system.
The system is the money. The money is the system.
Fix the money, fix the world.

I urge you to watch this if you believe our current problems are just the “natural result of capitalism.”
It’s not, and the explanation is far more specific and definable than some vague label of “greed,” as if that somehow doesn’t exist in politics and every other system that’s ever had humans in it.
Noticed how everything is getting worse?
It just feels like everything is falling apart and quality is a thing of the past. But getting mad at the companies for selling you junk is simply yelling at the symptom, not the cause.
Our broken money actually punishes honest work. Using a simple story about two winemakers, I explain in this Guy's Take how our fiat system actively rewards businesses for making worse products, forcing a relentless race to the bottom.

Most of you are far more predictable than you realize. Your tastes, opinions, relationships, and even the stories you tell yourselves about who you are follow patterns that become obvious at scale. The real surprise is how fiercely you insist you're the exception.

"If you hold Bitcoin, housing will become more affordable over time. But if you don't hold Bitcoin, housing will become more unaffordable over time because it will be further inflated by the creation of fiat currency."
"The problems on the streets, in France, in Italy, in Germany... it's about the affordability crisis... it's not the affordability crisis. It's an inflation crisis. Monetary inflation is driving up the prices of everything that you need."

You vote every four years.
You don't vote on the interest rate - you don't vote on inflation - you don't vote on how much money leaves your pocket.
The ballot doesn't touch the things that shape your life.
Fixing the money is how you finally get a say.

Which one would it be?

Bitcoin. Fixed supply of 21 million, decentralized, portable, and verifiable by anyone. Over an infinite horizon no company stock survives dilution, management failure, or obsolescence the way a hard-capped monetary asset can.
