Pretty much.
As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers.
SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue.
That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.

테슬라와 스페이스X가 합병을 검토하기 시작했다는 소식, 다들 보셨죠? 그런데 합병 방식에 따라서는 우리 한국 투자자들이 주식을 한 주도 안 팔았는데 양도세 22%를 먼저 내야 할 수도 있어요.
국내 기업끼리 합병할 때는 실제로 팔 때까지 세금을 미뤄 주는 제도가 있는데, 해외 주식에는 이 제도가 없거든요. 세금을 내려고 아끼던 주식을 팔아야 하는 상황, 생각만 해도 속상하잖아요.
"나는 테슬라 없으니까 상관없겠지" 하실 수도 있지만, 이건 테슬라만의 문제가 아니에요. 지금 갖고 계시거나 앞으로 사실 해외 주식도 언제든 합병이나 지주회사 전환을 할 수 있고, 그때는 똑같은 세금을 내셔야 해요. 제도는 문제가 터지기 전에 바꿔 두는 게 제일 좋으니, 미리 함께해 주시면 나중의 나를 지키는 일이 됩니다.
지금 "실제로 팔 때 세금을 내게 해 달라"는 국회 국민동의청원이 열려서 많은 분들이 참여를 해 주시고 계신데, 11월 21일까지 5만 명이 동의해야 국회에서 정식으로 심사를 받을 수 있어요.

John Malone is predicting an $8-10B deal between Skydance and SpaceX. Elon has repeatedly said full generative movies and series are the goal for Grok Imagine. A content/output deal could give him training data and rights access to major franchises now under Skydance, including Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones and Harry Potter. A fully legal Grok generated final season of GoT, or a Hogwarts tv series with the inclusion of an extremely popular female Slytherin are drawing closer to reality.

How to sign up:
1) Find your proxy materials on your brokerage account for the Tesla annual meeting. Often under “corporate actions”.
2) Vote with the Board for the 2026 Meeting.
3) After you submit your vote you will likely be given a chance to enroll in the Voting Program. It takes just a few clicks.
4) Select Vote with the Board on all matters including mergers (don’t worry if you don’t like the deal terms voting as normal overrides the program).
Why it matters: We have seen brokerages play fast and loose with proxies and make voting very difficult. This program stops that. For European shareholders charged per vote, you are charged for the 2026 meeting vote only, all other votes would be automatic in accordance with the board - and WITH NO CHARGE - as long as you continue to hold the stock.

Tesla vehicles with FSD (Supervised) engaged experienced ~9x fewer major collisions than those driving without it on.
This is North America data across all road classes (highway and non-highway). The data reflects a rolling twelve-month aggregation of miles and collisions.
FSD perfectly threads the tiny gap (almost less than a car width, the side mirror was lost- that is how little distance there was) in a very smooth avoidance maneuver a human good never have executed.
♦️This video sold Teslas to every coworker I showed it too. It’s absolutely Heart stopping.
♦️The cost of out of control grandstanding regulators (at the expense of safety) is others won’t have FSD to protect them from this same style incident. That costs lives outside of the car too. Clifford said there were 5-6 Semis/ cars that would have piled up.
♦️Remember Teslas dashcam is much brighter and clearer than what you see. . . AND YOU KNOW SOMETHING IS COMING.
