There is no "in-office propaganda" anymore, there is only wfh propaganda. Since AI models have developed to the point they are right now, there is zero reason to hire someone to WFH, why wait for a 30 minute - 2 hour response time when astra will respond immediately, dude read the room.
The ONLY value a person provides in a white collar profession anymore is bringing optimism, enthusiasm, energy, creativity and an in-office presence nowadays.
